If you looking for bad service this is the place to be they’re always talking each other or with regulars that it look like they are the only one that get good service if you’re outsider forget about so meaning it’s taken forever to get you order they don’t even say hi i be there with you in a minute or something plus the older latino lady always with attitude and drinks never done right better go to Starbucks by Safeway that is next door

Stopped on a Sunday night an hour and a half before they closed. Before I ordered my drink I asked to use their bathroom. "Sorry, our bathroom is closed now." Seriously?A lot of business establishments don't want people to use their facilities unless they are guests. I'm totally cool with that, and I never tried to exploit that. If I stop at Starbucks to use their restroom I always make a sizable purchase, but it works both ways too.If I can't use your bathroom then you don't get my business.I'll just go to the Palo Alto Starbucks from now on.

Ordered a regular coffee and made me wait 5min until they were done taking all the orders from the line. I only ordered a regular coffee. They always serve those right away. Terrible

Never have I been to a Starbucks that has such rude employees! This lady I believe was the manager has no social skills. I told her my coffee tasted a little stale and her response was "well learn to order better coffee"

Extremely unprofessional. Can't make a simple drink right. I'm about to stop going to Starbucks cause there employees seem to think they are better than you. Reality is we are paying their wages. Be kind to the hand that feeds you. The women who was working during this post should be fired. Rude because she made the drink wrong. I pay $10 for a coffee I expect that coffee to be perfect. I go to Starbucks 3 or 4 times a day. Different ones cause I travel. This one sucks! Dear Starbucks.. stop hiring people that are entitled.

Starbucks at sequoia station is strictly an order and go location. This kind of Starbucks definitely sucks in the post pandemic era. More so since there is a large place outside of their doors for tables and chairs in the awesome summer weather of Redwood City. Don't expect to sit inside either as there are none on site. Don't expect to take a bathroom break here as access is blocked off. While they make your iced coffee drink okay. They also have okay counter only service. But this location is no longer a social connection spot. I recommend other locations for social coffee meetups.Parking: Easy lot parking.evgo chargers in the lot near the location.Wheelchair accessibility: No accessible bathrooms.

I don’t recommend anyone to go to this Starbucks. When I arrived there around 7 pm (the store closes at 9 pm) there was no seating for the customer and the restroom was closed. The store also looked dirty, which was surprising because customers couldn’t sit there anyway. I decided to go elsewhere.

This is one of the Starbucks that I've gone too, good service, respectful staff, and a basic Starbucks atmosphere. Will say that most Starbucks coffee tastes burnt and filled to the brim with sugar. There are better coffee places out there but Starbucks is usually consistent and tasty. Also may I just add how overpriced some things are... That alone took a whole star off the food section... Well I guess that's expected.
