It was early morning and I ordered a hot medium latte at this in-store Starbucks in Safeway. I’m unsure whether or not the barista used Lucerne Half and Half for the “milk”. After I retrieved my drink, I saw her pour the half and half in the milk pitcher. Was unable to finish my drink because the “milk” tasted heavier than usual. I would advise everyone to go to the Starbucks located outside of the Safeway instead of this in-store Starbucks. Who uses half and half as “milk” to make lattes? I could feel my veins clogging up as I drank the latte.

If this suburb had a downtown, this would be it. And this coffee store serves this working and shopping area. Park your car and walk around, which is what I did, and then I stopped for refreshing coffee.

I went to Starbucks to get a strawberry açaí with light ice. I went back to the store to ask for a cup of ice and the female barista told me, “I’m here to make drinks not to hand out ice. Get in line to order it”. She was rude and unprofessional. This happened at Starbucks on Marsh and Florence in Redwood City. I’m really upset that I spent $6.25 for a drink after a was treated very poorly. Not going back to this Starbucks where they only hire rude employees.

I would like to complain. I asked for an ice soy latte because I can not drink milk. I asked the guy that works there if the container was soy milk he agreed that it was. Recently found out hours later, that it wasn't. You guys need show your customers that you guys have soy milk. Will not come back.
