It was early morning and I ordered a hot medium latte at this in-store Starbucks in Safeway. I’m unsure whether or not the barista used Lucerne Half and Half for the “milk”. After I retrieved my drink, I saw her pour the half and half in the milk pitcher. Was unable to finish my drink because the “milk” tasted heavier than usual. I would advise everyone to go to the Starbucks located outside of the Safeway instead of this in-store Starbucks. Who uses half and half as “milk” to make lattes? I could feel my veins clogging up as I drank the latte.

I would like to complain. I asked for an ice soy latte because I can not drink milk. I asked the guy that works there if the container was soy milk he agreed that it was. Recently found out hours later, that it wasn't. You guys need show your customers that you guys have soy milk. Will not come back.
Their staff are all very friendly. The drinks are always freshing. & they remember my name...well, i am there every day.. Lol

I ordered a flat white at the kiosk and I mentioned to the barista that I had 125 stars for a free drink, they took $5.45 plus my 125 stars. I don't think the barista knew what they were doing. I was ripped off!!
