Used to be my go to Starbucks when I lived in the area. Unfortunately had to dodge lots of homeless people around the place. Had a couple run-ins with people shouting or just straight tripping around the entrance and hanging out on the outdoor seating.

I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Starbucks. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted—not just a routine “hi” because they have to, but with real eye contact and genuine interest. The woman at the door made me feel seen as a human being, not just another customer.
She then met me at the register and took the time to ask thoughtful, specific questions about my drink—details that are often missed but make all the difference. That level of care and attention completely shifted my mood for the better. It's rare to come across service that feels this sincere. I left with not just a perfectly made drink, but also a smile that lasted well beyond my visit. Huge thanks to the team here!

Staff is great - lots of open space, with outlets at 40% of seating areas, if I had to guess. Feels a little sparse on the interior.

Came here for some decaf coffee before my meeting. They didn’t have it available yet was accommodating with a decaf americano and the person behind the counter was super generous and kind. Loved the vibe from some of the staff here

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced at a Starbucks i came in with my sister Thursday Sept 5th at 5:30 the female employee gave me attitude for simply asking if my latte had vanilla in it to witch she preceeded to say I didn't ask for vanilla with the worst tone and attitude

Store needs more attention floors are fealty looks like staff is not disinfectant tables it’s gross
Bathroom are nasty theirs paper towels everywhere ants ? crawling around no hand soap floors are nasty and sink is dirty

employees have attitude ??, i work in retail as well and even if im having a bad day i always try to be nice !! bc i know that people can be irritating ? but i was given attitude by one of the employees, i had not once disrespected her or given her attitude back. even after i left, i said thank you. but some people are just miserable in the their lives.

I ordered oat milk iced latte, it tastes like rotten, like very strong. I asked if their oat milk is expired, all I got is a poker face and defending that they don’t use expired things, then they remade one for me, still tasted like from trash can, I really hope I won’t get sick from the several sips I took, I think they probably never clean their espresso machine.

Customer service is terrible
Morning 6AM Train WRECK DON’T Drink the WATERY coffee it's weak, watery+STALE. RUDE Cashiers + RUDE barista 6:00 AM attitude problem 6 AM Morning barista + cashier RUDE RUDE RUDE Spanish-speaking only…English speakers ARE NOT WELCOME HERE. CASHIER says no manager at this location!

I was here last week, i ordered white choc mocha and i was already On my way! , and when i had a sip I realized they gave me wrong coffee, it was nowhere close to white choc mocha it seemed to be simple coffee with milk, wont go there again,
