I was here last week, i ordered white choc mocha and i was already On my way! , and when i had a sip I realized they gave me wrong coffee, it was nowhere close to white choc mocha it seemed to be simple coffee with milk, wont go there again,

Female morning shift employees very rude, got my order wrong on three separate occasions, I finally stopped asking for them to fix it because they have such attitude. I see others have also said the same thing in their comments.

The girls in the morning need to seriously shape up, especially the Tall (emmie?) and Short (yesella?) one. I don't know where all that negative attitude comes from but all need to grow up. Instead of gossiping among yourselves, keep yourselves busy and at least throw the trash out from your bins next to the door. The only reason why i gave this place a 2 star is because you made my drink correctly, at least you can do that right.

Reading other customers reviews on the horrible service at this Starbucks is not surprising. Specifically Barista Casingna (sp?), needs an attitude check and customer service training. Her smart-ass demeanor and the way she conducts herself is not professional. I don't know if her colleagues find her behavior humorous or she has something to prove, but she needs to get over herself. GROW UP home girl, your manners will not get you far in life. Manager of this Starbucks, are you reading the reviews?!?

Annoying that they keep cream & sugar behind the counter so you are forced to get their attention to get stuff for your coffee. Coffee is not very good and service is painfully slow.

This Starbucks has an amazing staff. This location does get very much busy at random times but unfortunately due to Shortage issues with the company having low quantities of certain items and also at times low staff during the night, they really do try their best. I am a regular here and i have seen some customers be incredibly rude and try to sound off like they are better than them. That's not ok. For example, someone spilled their drink, they wanted a new one, so they go tell the person on bar that i have noticed is flooded with orders and only has 1 machine working, the customer wants them to make them a new one instead of going to the register so that the person on register can print out another sticker and doesn't mess up the orders in line with the person on bar. In the end, customers assumes the person on bar was being disrespectful... remember, it's only coffee. Please be patient and reasonable. Never assume. And also choose what you say and how you say it carefully when you don't know somebody. If anything, these employees are probably not earning enough for what they have to go through working here.
