It's an ok Starbucks. The ambiance could be a bit better. It seems like the era of cafes with inviting chairs and sofas is over.
Service was great, however. Everyone is working with a smile and making sure all orders are correct.

Terrible customer service, which is so unusual for Starbucks. The lead, Maria, was extremely rude and combative over a $6 drink. The manager, Claudia, couldn’t be bothered to assist either. I was very disappointed and decided not to engage so I left. I will not return.
