The workers there didn't seem like they wanted to be there, especially the lady taking my order. Then my drink sat there for a little while and the 2 ladies standing behind the counter couldn't be bothered to hand me my drink and just stood there gossiping the whole time calling people ugly. When I finally got my drink it just didn't taste right. No customer service skills whatsoever. Definitely going to the other Starbucks nearby next time I want coffee.

I had a really good experience at Starbucks! The team was awesome—so patient while taking my order and super quick in preparing it. I went there to claim my birthday free drink, and they even wrote a note wishing me a happy birthday, which made my day extra special. Highly recommend this location!

This Starbucks does not serve decaf coffee (only decaf espressos). That’s kind of laughable for a coffee place. Barista was kinda rude about it.

To be honest I used to love the other workers before the new ones. There is an old lady that works there and she is super rude. I was ordering my order and she had a really bad attitude. I definitely thinks that she should get another job or retire because one day she’s gonna give attitude to the wrong person . She has no costumer service skills at all.

I used to love this Starbucks... the drinks are amazing quality! They have never messed up my order once... However, a few weeks ago, a worker named Carly wasted my time... I asked for two Venti iced waters that day, and did not receive them right away like I usually do. She wrote on the cup, and put it on the line of drinks for the person working, to give me a simple glass of water... When I go to other Starbucks in the area the cashier always gives me the ice water right there and then. It was not busy at all, there were only two other people waiting for their drinks and no one else was left in the line. Carly, was just standing around not even helping the other worker. This is why I am leaving a two star review and hope that this is not a problem for any other customers in the future.

Service was fast and friendly. The reason for the 2 star was they didnt have the frappachino machine up and working that day. And thats what i was wanting. So didnt buy anything on that visit.
Worst location ever! There were flies on the pastries. Also, they didn't want to make blended drinks. There wasn't any given reason on why they weren't making them.It was around 6:40pm so not close to closing time, nor did she mention the blender been broken. No customer service and feels like the workers are bothered by customers.
