I used to love this Starbucks... the drinks are amazing quality! They have never messed up my order once... However, a few weeks ago, a worker named Carly wasted my time... I asked for two Venti iced waters that day, and did not receive them right away like I usually do. She wrote on the cup, and put it on the line of drinks for the person working, to give me a simple glass of water... When I go to other Starbucks in the area the cashier always gives me the ice water right there and then. It was not busy at all, there were only two other people waiting for their drinks and no one else was left in the line. Carly, was just standing around not even helping the other worker. This is why I am leaving a two star review and hope that this is not a problem for any other customers in the future.

Service was fast and friendly. The reason for the 2 star was they didnt have the frappachino machine up and working that day. And thats what i was wanting. So didnt buy anything on that visit.

Worst location ever! There were flies on the pastries. Also, they didn't want to make blended drinks. There wasn't any given reason on why they weren't making them.It was around 6:40pm so not close to closing time, nor did she mention the blender been broken. No customer service and feels like the workers are bothered by customers.

I haven't come here in a couple of years. And wow! It has gotten WAY worse!! I was there yesterday and the cashier sucks, baristas were talking to each others so loud. The whole world doesn't need to hear your conversation. Lots of drinks were unavailable, or they don't know HOW TO MAKE THEM?!!! mind blowing.... Starbucks need to send their experience staff to cover this one, and perhaps train their staff well.

I asked for a sandwich from the menu and the employee Scarlet said that they didn't have any, then I asked for a Frappuccino and she said that they didn't have any, only hot coffees, incredible and too bad that they don't have

All Starbucks are understaffed but one barista for any location is absurd. This location is frequently out of any cold beverages and honestly takes twice as long as any other Starbucks.

I just ordered two drinks and got two of the most randomest drinks ever. Buddy didn't even call out a name when he sat the drinks down. How do I end up ordering a Almond Cookie Frappe but get like a chocolate milk shake? Insanity.

The worker that is tall and has full arm sleeve tattoos ... he was training someone today and seemed pretty neurotic. Anyway, I order my drink and after he asks my name. I say Jane. Then he proceeds to write "Ming". And then he asks me ... it's Ming right ? I say NO. It's Jane. And then he got a little flustered and said isn't it so loud in here? .... It was not. How are you going to guess the most racist Asian name ? If you aren't sure, just ask again. to make things clear, I am Korean and he is white. So SO racist
