This store used to be my favorite store to go to but over the last 6 months or so the quality has been declining. The staff has always been great but we've had more and more problems with our drinks .We always order venti white mocha and there's been dozens of times our cups are not filled. We even tried ordering light foam and light whip or no foam no whip &it would still happen. We have complained, had drinks remade but today my venti was only 3/4 full if even that. Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has a great team and atmosphere with friendly faces. The wifi works great and the store is clean. They do a great matcha that is customisable. The best coffee is served by friendly and professional staff. However, one customer was dissatisfied with drink orders, specifically asking for extra chili powder but receiving none.
