Really love the team and atmosphere here, I often visit in the mornings to work and they’re some of the friendliest faces ever!! Special shout out to Valeria for the warm welcomes and writing the sweetest messages on every cup. The wifi works great, the store’s clean and there’s usually a table whenever I’m there before 7:30am
They do a great matcha and it’s customisable too - you can add extra matcha powder and adjust the milk and sugar level (I love it with 5 matcha powder, no sugar and with soy milk) :)
Super sad to be leaving Redwood City this weekend, but I hope to be back soon!

Terrible service, I placed my order on the app and when it told me that it was ready, I went into the store to pick up my coffee. I looked at there was one in front of me, but as I saw that it didn't have a name, I asked if that was mine because it didn't have a name and the girl told me She said no, that was a coffee. She was talking to other girls who I assume were her friends because she was making them coffee and I asked them what they had in my coffee. It was already ready but it was of the same color. On the other hand, she did not have the courtesy to tell me that I went and saw my name because she was attending to her friends, she did not pay attention to the other costumers, very bad service.

I stopped at this Starbucks for the first time. We placed our order and got our coffee right away. I then went to the bathroom. When I came out I politely went to Ricardo the barista and said hey I just wanted to let you know you guys are out of toilet paper.
He proceeded to tell Leo and Michaela, and it became a joke. I literally sat and watched this for five minutes. I then walked up to Ricardo and said, I’m sorry did I say something funny? He said no. The whole thing was unprofessional and inappropriate! Grow up it’s toilet paper.

I have let this slide for the past couple of times I ordered this drink. I ask for extra chili powder, and they put no chili powder in the drink. I like coming here but i m dissatisfied with the drink orders.

If you don’t have to get your coffee or/and breakfast then plan go to other Starbucks locations. Woodside Starbucks is horrible for customer service with an attitude and then don’t give you your receipt and don’t ask if you want your receipt either . So, you can see if your order was placed correctly to the barista. Avoid the hassle and headache of the incorrect order and the staff attitude…
