4:25 PM 7th of February 2024 drive-through experience.Approach the monitor takes a minute to be greeted. Pull up to the window takes two minutes to be greeted, but wait I was never greeted and I went out of my way to say hello oh while she is immediately handing me over a drink and a pup cup that generally I’m talking 9.9999999% of the time is given after you pay. Stay silent window closes gone for another few minutes the money is inconvenienced to buy me wanting her to scan. My QR code gives me my change, and I am stand at the window and stares at me while I put my money away because I had already decided I was not providing a tip. But she waited for that tip. Does she know I am a world I known intuitive empath and her ignorant, entitled judgment on me immediately when she turned her back realizing she was getting no tip. Gave me my food which was sloppily placed into the bag as there was cheese everywhere, and proceeds to judge me again. I calmly drove away, parked my car and wrote this review.

The lady that works there is sooo rude! She wears a baseball cap. I called corporate to complain and was told the regional manager would contact me and they never called. Terrible service at this Starbucks, the worse!

I give one star the shift lead Danielle. She pretends to be sweeping the floor but she wants to eavesdrop on your conversations with your friends. I saw dirty tables but she had a broom and was listening in to my conversations. She also likes to charge you extra money if some stuff is free with the gold card. She is never friendly. She always wears a baseball hat probably because she thinks she can spy on you easier that way. At one point she was sliding furniture in front of the bathroom hallway so i had to use the bathroom at Grillhouse next door. They always turn over employees also. If she spies on customers, how do you think she treats employees?

The manager is one of the rudest I have encountered at a Starbucks. A few months ago, she refused to replace a burnt breakfast sandwich, and had a rude tone. Today, it was busy and she was quite rude when asked about a second item (she gave me one and the started working on someone else’s). I do not know if this is Starbucks hiring standard. I am glad there is a new Starbucks nearby, so I do not need to interact with her again.

One of the worst locations in the Bay Area If not the entire state. This location prioritizes the regular customers over the non regular customers. It's blatant. The staff is nothing but cliques. This is also a COVID super spread location. Staff comes in sick daily. If you want to hang out with the bored housewife out of touch, self entitled people. This is the place to come. PLEASE CLOSE THIS LOCATION & ADD A Peets instead.

The barista was great The coffee was cold and horrible. No bathroom absolutely don't understand that with people with disabilities and people that need to use the bathroom and then one girl told me due to the pandemic. I never heard anything so ridiculous in my life. I usually love Starbucks for the coffee was cold. We had three coffees and they were all cold. The bathroom issue, horrendous specially when you're serving food on using the pandemic as an excuse I will never go back there again

Small store, did get busy in the morning during the rush, so you may have to wait a bit especially for online orders. Personnel are all friendly, though seems like they have a high employee turnover rate

I ordered a venti pike with extra heavy cream and asked for the heavy cream to be steamed, which is what I always order. But Dylan couldn’t figure out how to put in order so they made me a grande reg misto. Definitely not made with heavy cream. First and last visit at this location

Employees at all Starbucks are nice but this Hass to be the slowest location I’ve ever been toFirst time thought it was a one off with almost a 10 minute wait and a second one here closer to 15They were giving out gift cards to people who were waiting even longer than me

Great for anytime of day and closes before 6pm so get there while the getting is good, staff is very nice and try hard to remember your name.They run out of blueberry muffins alot so be prepared for disappointment ? online order is big here so it never has a long line like some locations, there is seating but I don't sit down alot in public.They have a restroom I believe and it's in a shopping arcade. I get the White Chocolate Mocha.Parking: Shopping arcade, free parking, no smoking.

I've made an in app order 3 times and every time it was not ready when I arrived. Customer service could be more friendly. When I asked about my order, they treated me like it was my fault the order wasn't ready.
