1. Lady acted like she did not understand the deal. 2. Tried the app, didn't work and suddenly she had the coupon when she found out I was going to leave after the order was completed. 3. And no lady, there is not tax on cold items that are not consumed on premises. And only hot food is taxed no matter what. Google it. So yeah, I don't want to pay more taxes than I already do. Even 50 cents. 4. She built the sandwich upside down. 5. I asked for extra tomatoes, I got 3. So, was it one extra or 2? Because adding one more tomato is not extra at all. 6. The only reason there are 3 stars is because she was smart enough to offer the deal.

Came here with my kids last week and had a great experience. The worker there was so friendly and very helpful I believe her name was Ponla. Very hard to remember, anyways the sandwich here was delicious my kids loved it. Customer service was very great! I’d recommend this store to anyone.

Well, I ordered 4 Churros from the app, the app accepted the order and even told me when it was ready. I went in and the lady told me “no churros” cookies. I said I didn’t want cookies, she proceeded to walk in the back without offering a sandwich or anything else. I of course called my bank and the charge, along with a tip, was reimbursed. Don’t use their App and I would even say look for a better, friendlier subway.

Tried out their new footlong sides had the pretzel absolutely disappointed it was not only burnt, but there was no butter on it to have the salt stick to it so it was an absolute let down.

The store close at 8pm, and while is not even 7:30pm the clerk is on his phone call rejecting any customers from purchasing a sandwich. Ridiculous and irresponsible !

I went in to order a sandwich. The person working the counter was mopping, so I waited for her to finish. When she finished, she washed her hands for about 2 seconds (fake wash), then asked for my order.No thanks, not in the mood for mop flavored food. I lost my appetite and walked out.
I ordered through subway app. I ordered 2 subs with veggie patty. I got 2 subs with no patty at all

Wanted sandwiches to take to Giants game. Ordered footlong BMT, footlong Steak sub with bacon, and a Black forest ham sandwich and everyone was very pleased. The attendant was friendly and worked to be sure our order was correct. Parking was available in large lot.

Today was the third time that my wife and I tried to get dinner here and they were closed. They have three different sets of hours listed on the door but none of those are correct apparently.
