The food was solidly good. The rice burrito (fan tuan) was decent. The pork ears were delicious—probably the best I’ve had in the US. The popcorn chicken was hot, crisp, and flavorful (it is on the spicier/more peppery side though).

Be warned, the restaurant is a weird hole in the wall, pick up only spot though. You cannot dine in here.

The food is awesome as always, the parking is terrible as always. I’d recommend going with two people — otherwise, it’s a nightmare. The neighbors aren’t friendly either; they won’t even let you park for 30 seconds.

This place do not provide utensils. We ordered to go 2 times and neither time they gave us utensils. They didn’t even have straws for soy milk.

It’s within a central kitchen with couple of other restaurants on sites. Takeout only. No cash, I believe. All orders are made online through an app and you pick up the food from the window when it’s ready. Parking was extremely limited. Regards the food, we love the purple sticky rice roll. The pepper and salt trumpet mushroom was also juicy and tasty.

Absolutely the best fantuan I’ve ever had in my life (even better than in Taiwan). What sorcery is this!

Oh my goodness!! This is the most authentic and delicious Taiwanese Fantuan / Rice ball / 飯糰 I’ve ever had in the U.S. over the last 8 years. We found it in this food facility. Orders are picked up from the lockers, super cool experience also. You can order them on DoorDash for delivery. The appetizers and bento boxes are also amazing. Redwood City folks are so blessed to have them here!!!!

I ordered delivery via Door Dash.

My braised pork purple rice burrito contained an egg, pork, pickles, and pieces of youtiao (donut). The rice had just the right degree of chew. The youtiao was harder than I expected, but still mixed well with the rest of the meal. It tasted like nostalgia and was perfectly lightly salted.

The soy milk was unsweetened. I added a scoop of sugar to taste. It didn't have a strong soy flavor.

Overall, while it didn't meet the bar of a breakfast run in East Asia, it was delicious and well-portioned for a light dinner. I plan to order again.

Tastes ok. Reminds me of 70% of the original flavors in the rice ball.

The person running the window orders was very kind and polite. Definitely the type of person anyone would want to spend time around. Food was great but it lives in the shadow of how great the service was

Only pickup, no seating, no drive through. No dedicated parking. The food is pretty reminiscent of Taiwan. The soy milk was on point and the fantuan youtiao was crispy.

Kids want to try this place. It’s taste real good and prices is very reasonable. Parking can be a challenge. Location look run down and lots of car. I do recommend this place.

recently try Taiwanese eats through DoorDash for lunch at work and was pleasantly surprised to see that there were rice burritos available. as a takeout option, it still arrived warm in my hands - and the food was still very tasty and fresh. excited to check out this place in person, myself one of these days and update my review/provide a more extensive review then!

The ingredients wrapped within the burrito is pretty delicious and I appreciate the options between purple rice versus white rice!
