Online order placed two days before for several travelers was not ready at pre-scheduled time and there was no advance communication that order would take an hour to an hour and a half to fill. Quality is always great here, but the lack of communication about the extra time needed was a great inconvenience on this particular occasion.

I ordered the Taro Lover drink at Teaspoon and nearly threw up when I found a human fingernail in my cup. This is revolting and a massive health violation.
To make matters worse, I tried to call the store to report it — they don’t even have a working phone number. No accountability, no hygiene, no customer care.
This place is a total disgrace. If you value your health, avoid at all costs. I will be reporting them to the health department.

We generally love Teaspoon, but we just picked up an order of 4 drinks, and 2 of them were not sealed correctly and spilled all over my car.

Unbelievable. As a milk tea shop, you don’t even have a properly sized cap for your cup. Definitely one star. Never coming back.

The one in Redwood City, not very clean environment, very dirty entrance door and several times the drinks are not complete, something is always missing. Twice in a row there was no full Thai tea. We've been to another one, for example in San Mateo, and it's impeccable.
