The fish n chips were so-so and the tartar sauce was pretty bad. Then of course they said they had no mixed fried platter and no clam chowder being the only thing they had was the fish n chips at 3oclock in the afternoon. Will not be returning.

What a great little find while in the area! This is place serves wonderful fish tacos, ceviche, fish and chips! The homemade lemonade was so refreshing we got the regular and passion fruit lemonade both flavors spectacular! We finished with the creamy mango ice cream! Will definitely have to try to make it back before we leave the city!

I was just here today (6/14/2024) and it was a wonderful experience. I came with family, some local, and others out of state. I had the mixed platter and the clam chowder, my son had the calamari, my mom had the fish sandwich, and my aunt had the fish tacos. All of the food was fresh and delicious. In addition, their lemonade was freshly squeezed.
They had some oldies playing (songs from my mom’s generation) and it was on point. Had a view of the water and will try to be back during my California vacation.

We were so excited to see a highly rated five-star review for a local Fish and Chip place near where we live.

We love our fish and chips, and anytime we travel to a new location if fish and chips are on the menu, it is our job to make sure we try them LOL. So, you can see, the excitement of how much we looked forward to trying out a new place.

The location on the water was very nice and relaxing. As someone else mentioned, the music could have been a little quieter.

First off, the good news was the fish in the fish and chips, as well as the fish in my wife’s fish tacos, was very fresh.

That is where the good part ends. While the fish and chips had very fresh fish, the coating on the outside was like a cornmeal coating. That made it soft and soggy, not the soft and soggy that comes from oil that is not hot enough, but just a different type of batter. Not a batter I have ever seen on fish and chips.

Separately, the tartar sauce had nothing resembling what a real tartar sauce is. Tartar sauce has dill, dill pickles, and vibrancy that adds and complements fish tacos or fish and chips. Not sure what this was, but kind of sweet, and icky tasting.

Again, the fish was fresh, which is a very good part. But at the end of our meal, sadly, we both threw both of our entire $47.56 meal away.

I would give it 1 star, but since the fish was very fresh, I added a star.

Food is so fresh, delicious and tastes better outside. What a unique seafood truck and a hidden gem. Every time we come here it’s a tranquil experience. The service is fast and the ambiance is surreal. Enjoy the bay at its finest!

Had lunch here with family on a Sunday - there was no one other than another couple and we love the peach and quiet at the marina. Feels like a picnic. The food is decent, not fantastic and not bad. We had the mixed platter, clam chowder and fish salad. People working in the food truck were very nice. There;s not a lot of foot traffic on the weekend - hope they survive long enough. Will return.

Me and the Boyz from a local construction site found this and it’s legit. Good food real close to 101 and woodside rd. RWC highly recommend it.

I ordered the fish tacos from the Kitchen. First, I'd like to say that they were pretty good. Copious amount of fish. It'll fill you up. But there were two things that didn't sit well with me. First, they are blasting pop music to where people would normally sit to have lunch. I wanted to have a quiet conversation with my friend, but had to walk away because we could hardly converse over the music volume. Clearly, even the cook could feel that it was too loud, because he turned the volume down to take a phone order—only to turn it back up after he ended the call. Second, I paid $18 for 3 fish tacos. This is a FOOD TRUCK, not a sit-down, dine-in, cloth napkin kind of restaurant. That's a bit steep in my book. But if you don't mind the noise and what you pay for the food, then the Blue Fish Kitchen is your kind of place.

Big yellow food truck. $17 Fish and chips, came with 3 or 4 pieces of lightly battered and crispy fish, a bunch of fries, 3 different sauces and a small coleslaw. Friendly staff, great location by the water.
