I recently visited The Habit Burger Grill and had a really great experience. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive, which made the visit even better. I tried the $10 meal deal, and the food was very delicious and fresh. My only small critique is that I wish the portions were a little larger. That said, everything tasted great, and the value was still solid. Overall, a satisfying meal and a place I’d definitely come back to.

Great chain restaurant to grab a burger and fries! Their onion rings and milkshakes are also good, and its in a convenient location to everything downtown. The staff are friendly and the food is served quickly. There's plenty of parking as well!

As far as fast burger places go, this one is one of my favorites. Their burgers are always consistently good, and I love that they have onion rings. Tbh, the onion rings are what has me coming back whenever the occasion arises.

Took forever for my food and I just got one side

The cashier is a lady who has very low voice and doesn’t take orders correctly she messed up my order 3 times and each time i had to go back and pay for the difference. Zero training

Why is the bill so high? It's because they engage in billing fraud. Here is how it works based on what took place at the Redwood City location around 7pm on May 2 2025: Order a combo and substitute onion rings instead of fries. You will then see a separate charge at the bottom for fries at full price. This was done via cashier, not the tablet. When I asked manager what happened, he said no refunds are possible in the system so he hands me a coupon. And then on the other order, no fries at all. What a mess. Never going back.
