I was running a few minutes late for outdoor lunch on Saturday. My friend who is fair-skinned wanted to switch to a table with slightly more shade. They were very accommodating. Our lunch lasted over 2 hours. We were not rushed. I am grateful this level of service is still possible in the Bay Area. My friend had a dog as well, and they provided water for the dog. The pizzas were great, and we both took home the leftovers. The pear appetizer with cheese was yummy. The Brussels sprouts were a bit oily, but tasted good. I had a hard cider, my friend sparkling water. It was an enjoyable afternoon lunch. Thank you!

This was our first return to Vesta since before COVID. We were disappointed especially because of much higher noise level on a Saturday evening. But we were also disappointed in the pizzas. We ordered two pizzas, one red and one white. Both had large sections that were burned. The samll plates were as good as usual.

Awesome food and staff. We had a couple of items from their seasonal specials. The short ribs and browned butter honeycomb gelato was so delicious. We ordered 3 pizzas, sausage and honey, Margherita and cheese with turkey salami. All were so delicious. We also ordered the Mexican bread pudding and vanilla bean gelato. We left content and had left overs for the next day. Would definitely recommend and will be going back

Took my husband here for his birthday celebration and he really enjoyed the entire meal - including the small plates (mushroom toast and beets salad!!), delicious pizza and thoughtful complementary dessert that happened to be his favorite ice cream! He has a high standard for pizzas (he's a new yorker and also likes to make his own pizzas) and he gave Vesta a rave review! What made the dining experience extra special is the friendly service from EVERYONE! We'll definitely be back!

The green olive and the sausage and honey pizzas were delicious, as was the special warm pear and burrata small plate, the pork meatballs, and the cauliflower. The service was excellent, especially after one guest spilled his entire glass of ice water across the table! All hands on deck! 😂

One of the best artisan pizzas I’ve ever had! We came for a late lunch with a party of 5 and were seated easily, though parking can be tricky during the holiday season. The vibe is super cozy and the service was friendly.
Must-orders: The Burrata (10/10, add prosciutto!) and the tender meatballs (very flavorful with plenty of parmesan cheese). We loved the thin crust on the Rosemary Potato and Cheese pizzas. Kid-approved and we will definitely be back!

Great. Even though our reservation was not ready when we arrived, the staff took care in keeping us informed about our table. When we sat down the immediately brought over an appetizer on the house and apologized again for the wait. Top notch!

Next time we will eat outside at Vesta because it was a little hard to catch every word of our four person conversation. (There are heaters that work really well.) The service was excellent. The food was delicious and varied. Besides tasty, inventive pizzas, they have lots of other dishes. We tried three and they were outstanding: Brussel sprouts, grilled carrots and a beet salad. The gelatos were creamy and smooth. Next time we go, we're going to try the cheesecake.
