Vitality Bowls Redwood City

I got a tropical smoothie and it was soooo good and refreshing, it tasted like the mango smoothie i get from boba places but without all the calories! Can't wait to get a protein smoothie too, I got samples from an event and it was sooo good!! The owner Maria is the sweetest person too. She mentioned you can even bring your own protein and they will put it in the smoothie for you. This place is a gem and in a great location. Restaurant is clean, staff are friendly, prices are good, and quality is fantastic! Can't wait to come back.

Great taste high prices bad service. There was only one person working there so it was understaffed. It took 20 minutes for them to make my small dessert bowl. The actual bowl was tasty and overall pretty good but it was way too pricey for what I got. It was thirteen dollars for a small bowl that took forever to make. I would not come here again

I had a frustrating experience with customer service during my visit. I was struggling with the ordering machine because my payment wouldn’t go through. I stood there for about 10 minutes, trying to resolve the issue, but no one came to check on me. The place was empty, except for one employee working in the kitchen who didn’t seem to notice that I needed help. Despite my visible frustration, he didn’t approach me at all. After waiting so long without any assistance, I ultimately decided to leave without placing my order. It was disappointing to feel ignored as a customer.

Wayyyy overpriced for what you get, no other choices in the area. I purchased an acai bowl and a sandwich and paid almost $50! Never again.

Shout out to Ryan who hooked it UP the other day! I only ever see him in there holding it down and when I came in he was busy with daily tasks. Normally I a scenario like this a worker will seem annoyed and assist at the bare minimum to get back to what they were doing, but Ryan was very helpful and patient with my many questions. He gave recommendations based on the questions I asked and when I finally decided what to eat (Pesto Power Bowl) he made my food with love and it hit the spot! Thank you for everything, it truly made my night!

Lost track of how long it took for someone to make my smoothie. Someone left and went to 5 guys, came back with their food, ate, and their bowl still wasn’t ready lmao

Edit: it’s been 30 minutes and finally got my smoothie. It was warm and tasted awful, don’t come here.

Went here twice on a Friday night at 7:30. They were closed both times. Called one time and they said they would close at 8, which matches their online hours. I understand closing shop early, but atleast tell me that when I call.

At 10:18 am today I went to Vitality Bowl in Redwood City. The sign said open on the door. Lights were on. Door locked. Knocked on it a few times. Nothing. Called and said I was at the door and it’s locked. I was told they will open at 10:30. My ride was waiting so I left. You don’t ignore customers. Not good.

We both got salads $16 each and my salad came then my partners took another 10 minutes. Over half my salad was wilted or old. The chicken was spongy and my partners stake had an off taste. He tossed his salad completely cause over 50% of his greens were past their prime. The whole bottom of my salad bowl was brown from the old lettuce. I get the high price because it's supposed to be healthy fresh food but quality and amount of food is not worth it

Please hire people. Always 1 person Working and 6 orders, only so much 1 person can do

The staff was amazing since it was my 1st time and i wasnt sure what to get,The recommendation i got from staff was amazing.I enjoyed my bowl so much and would go back in a heart beat.I really felt valued and it was an amazing experience, definitely would recommend 100%.

Dietary restrictions: I'm diabetic so the recommendation really helped out.

I placed a large delivery order on vitality’s website and 12 items were missing. Contacted doordash and the store, but no one took responsibilities or even attempt to investigate the issue.
