Yoooo I am getting my free bday bowl!! I got the small island bowl. The service is so great here. The staff rocks and the music creates a great experience. The music got me dancing. They have some pretty unique drinks in the lil fridge up front too. The atmosphere is really cooo. Oh yeah and of course my bowl was super delicious. Guava , coconut, mulberries, bananas and hella yum!

Walked In First Time and was very satisfied with the cleanliness, helpful/knowledgeable employees and Manger With all the Help they gave me to pick the very best item for me! and I must say very very happy I went in! Heard it was one of employees first day so Even more Amazed! the Manager must Be doing her job well!! I will be back very soon!!

We both got salads $16 each and my salad came then my partners took another 10 minutes. Over half my salad was wilted or old. The chicken was spongy and my partners stake had an off taste. He tossed his salad completely cause over 50% of his greens were past their prime. The whole bottom of my salad bowl was brown from the old lettuce. I get the high price because it's supposed to be healthy fresh food but quality and amount of food is not worth it

I came on march 25th at 2pm and the door was locked. The worker came to the door and said that they weren't allowing customers to come in and place orders because she needed a break for an hour. I will not be attempting to return after how difficult it was to park. Don't recommend you waste your time.

The staff was amazing since it was my 1st time and i wasnt sure what to get,The recommendation i got from staff was amazing.I enjoyed my bowl so much and would go back in a heart beat.I really felt valued and it was an amazing experience, definitely would recommend 100%.Dietary restrictions: I'm diabetic so the recommendation really helped out.

"Out to lunch for 30 mins" handwritten sign taped to the door during normal business hours. I waited 20 mins and no one showed up. More than 5 customers came and went during that time, one of whom told me this sign is up everytime he comes here.
I absolutely love coming here!! The tall guy who works there always makes my Nutty Bowl so yummy! Great customer service all around! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

First, open sign not on and lock was still on door leading one to think they were closed . Second , no customers inside and both staff members ( one girl and boy ) both sitting at table playing on phones . Third, once the guy got up to go to cashier he continued to play on phone without greeting . Fourth, while he was on his phone the woman who was seated at table continued to have discussion about his playlist while we were standing in front of them . I can excuse some slack at work when times are slow but that was extremely bad customer service and I would hope their parents teach them better manners.

Waited in the lobby for a good 10-12 minutes before the lady came out to say "oh by the way, I'm not taking anymore orders" Fine, but let us know. She must have looked at everyone in the line multiple times and said nothing until she was ready to come out from the back. Super rude. One guy that was waiting when I entered left after me being there for 5 minutes so who knows how long he waited before giving up. You need some new workers. Bowls are great, service sucks!

Service was extremely subpar and slow, took 25 minutes for a small bowl of açaí that had ingredients left out. I ordered one with peanut butter and it was pretty obviously forgotten. I was too lazy to point it out then as I had spent enough time. When we placed the order there were no other customers.

I tried to order 2 smoothies and they flat out refused to take the order. The store was empty... but even if they were busy, shouldn't they have taken an order during open hours? Really strange. Won't be back.
