Terrible service! Some of the worst in the bay area! You will wait for a very long time to maybe get your order. On top of waiting forever we got home and our order was wrong.

I stopped by for the new Carmel Krunch frosty which is pretty tasty. Few days latter I changed it up by getting the Strawberry swirl with the caramel crunch topping instead of the strawberry pop tart topping. Tasted even better than I expected. 😋

I’m am an understanding person. I went in to use the restroom. I was willing to buy something if necessary or leave if told no. I don’t know if it was a language barrier but she answered my question. The code didn’t work then I asked for help indicating an issue. She kinda avoided me after kindly asking for help. I dont know, just my point of view, the atmosphere seems off; I understand if you have a bad day but let’s try to up bring the atmosphere.

There scanner was “broken” so they couldn’t scan for the free fries on my app as I was paying cash. Manager wouldn’t honor the free fries. Bummer.
On a second occasion they couldn’t break a 50 on an order so I had to go elsewhere.
This place doesn’t have their ducks in a row.
Tables are dirty but what fast food joint doesn’t have a few dirty tables?

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich it was completely and totally raw inside I noticed after I took a bite, took it right back. They looked at me printed out a receipt handed to me and shut the window without saying a single thing no, sorry nothing I will never ever ever come back here again

After finishing my meal in the restaurant, I asked the staff for the restroom code twice, but they completely ignored me as if they didn’t hear anything! Their attitude was extremely arrogant, and there was a sense of racial discrimination.

The restaurant charges $0.27 for tap water. I understand that water is expensive in California, but at some point a person has to think it is going too far.
