I had the Wendy's double burger. It was not hot & fresh as they say, with one onion on it.Stay away from this location. Also the fries are always overcooked.

I love Wendy’s food but after today I don’t think I’ll come back I tried to call the store 4 times and not once the manager answered the call. Terrible because my sandwich had a blue hair on my sandwich stuck on the mayo that is disgusting. How do you want someone to enjoy their lunch when your workers are not even practicing food hygiene I’m a store manager for food industry and this is unacceptable. I tried to resolve the issue with writing a review but since no one bother answering the phone now I’m writing one

Quality SUCKS!Manager is soooo RUDE!!We paid over $20, with no discounts! The double burger was GROSSLY OVERCOOKED & DRY, the fries were OVERCOOKED, TINY PIECES, the ones they should have thrown out!!GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Went through the drive-thru. Use my app to get my dollar. Dave single when they charge my card it was almost double what I have ordered and when I brought this up to the managers attention they refused to refund. In fact they wanted more money from me and it clearly shows change at the bottom of the receipt and she basically just gave me the food and tell me to leave what is going on to where I'm like. I'm not paying $15 for a biggie bag. That's five bucks and a single. Dave, that is a dollar on the app and it clearly showed discount and yet they expected more money from me. That is wrong

The service at this particular Wendy's drive thru is the worst I've ever experienced. The employees don't speak English, and they always get my order wrong. You'd think ordering in Spanish would help, but no, they still manage to screw up my order. Check your order before you drive away from drive thru.

Woman who is cashier for the drive through is very rude and inpatient. When asked for more ketchup she only gave me one more as she had only placed 2 for the meal of 3 people. Horrible and will never be coming her

Really slow, staff barely speak English. It took me and my son 15min to place an order (both self-service machines down with no sign to inform customers, and sitting online for 10min with no one to take an order). This is peak time (Saturday at 1pm)....

Worst staff, they either don’t speak english or are just straight rude and lack any customer service. I’ve tried eating there multiple times but kept on getting disappointed. Change or train your staff!
