Don’t order on DoorDash, they completely messed up my small order giving me the wrong drink and not including my side mac and cheese at all.

Terrible customer service, filthy kitchen. Terrible food quality, threw food away and ordered wingstop ??

Ordered delivery, but the food never showed up. When calling, service was unhelpful and even hung up on me. "Order status" page never updated. Easily the worst restaurant experience I've ever had.

Worst experience at a restaurant. Ordered delivery, but food was never delivered. After calling and asking about the food, they said the food was already made but "they had no control over delivery". Why offer delivery if you can't guarantee it? When I called asking for a refund (since I never got my food), they hung up on me. Seems like another commenter had the exact same experience.

This was the single worst food experience of this year - seriously.15-min. after the scheduled delivery time, we tried to call to check on the status. Calling the Redwood City number listed on their corporate website leads paying customers to an automated message stating, "mailbox 1848 is full." Called the RWC phone number listed on Yelp, Google, and RestaurantJI, but it's for the San Francisco location. They were helpful and provided a phone number for the RWC location. We called that new number and were greeted with a grumpy "Hello?" with hammering in the background, we asked if this is Wing Boss, they said yes, then they hung up as we were asking about our order. We called back three times and the call was sent to voicemail after two rings.30. min. after the scheduled delivery time, we drove to the location (which is a warehouse) and were "greeted" (stared at) by two dudes hanging out in the parking lot. When we asked about the order, they opened the insulated delivery box and handed us the order. I reiterated that this was a delivery order that was supposed to be delivered a half hour ago, which was met with a shrug. The chicken was fried to a dry hardwood brown crisp and all of the sauces were on the side, including the dry rub (we did not select "Sauce on the Side." Suddenly, Wing Stop is gourmet for frying their chicken with seasoning. We were provided a dozen unlabeled sauces on the side, which we did not order. The ordered included a chicken nugget cut in half after cooking, presumably to confirm the chicken was cooked, really instilling confidence in the kitchen. Unseasoned, unsalted, bone dry fried-to-death chicken wings with no sauce. Yummers! To recap, our delivery was NOT DELIVERD there is NO WAY to contact the warehouse producing the "food", the food is terrible and they didn't finish making it.

5/5 - Website design for easy ordering. Unfortunately, that's the only good thing. -5 (that's a negative)/5: Selected delivery, however, NOTHING was DEVLIVERED. 15-min. after the scheduled delivery time, we tried to call to check on the status. Dry, tiny wings. One plus is I felt like a giant eating these, which was cool. Sauces and rubs are served on the side (what was getting rubbed then?). If the point is to enjoy the "smoked flavor" then don't offer sauces. Do. Not. Order. The jalapeño cheese (or anything for that matter) unless you like the nasty cheese that comes from a can. If you, like us, are after a place with better food or service than Wingstop... just order from Wingstop. I wish I had skipped dinner rather than eating this.

mmmmm MMMMM wing boss knows how to make some good buffalo wings. We ordered three different flavors but I never even made it to the others i just kept trying to eat the buffalo ones before anybody else got to them. Will definitely be ordering them again.

Ordered through uber eats, the two meal 15 piece The sauces came on the side which I don't remember putting them on the side. The wings were dry, barely any meat, super small Just seamed as if they were made earlier in the day Don't recommend this place, expensive for something that isn't good quality

The restaurant in Moreno Valley is the place I have ever gone th. Food cold. Ordered bone in and they made boneless after we arrived that they did not have bone in. Staff and manage hateful and rude. If you want wings go anywhere else

Really wanted to try as I hate the service at Wingstop. It's a " ghost kitchen " in a industrial building. Only one gal was working there and she said I had to order on line. Wouldn't let me order in person.

The restaurant setup is weird. You will find hard time locating the place. It is in a warehouse area and cannot imagine that it is a restaurant. The taste quality is hit and miss. Sometimes the wings are juicy and delicious and oftentimes dry that you cant even taste the chicken. It is like eating a crunchy tasteless chicken wings.
