I have been to this restaurant a couple of times before, and till today I never had any bad experience. But today I faced very bad customer service and I felt really disappointed.
I ordered two Crispy Chicken Zinger Burgers for the first time and asked for to-go. I waited for almost 30 minutes. Because of the long waiting time, I got irritated and completely lost my appetite. So I went to the cashier and asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund, telling them that I had already waited for a long time and didn’t get my food.
The cashier said they cannot process the refund and tried to give me the food instead. I clearly told them that I don’t want the food anymore, I only want my refund, but they refused.
What made this situation worse is that they didn’t even properly apologize or show any real concern for the delay. There was no effort to solve the problem or respect me as a customer.
Finally, I had no choice but to leave the store without the food and without my money back. I paid the money, got no food, and walked out with huge disappointment.
This experience completely broke my trust in this place. Very poor service, no responsibility, and no apology. Not acceptable at all.

I don’t think I’ve ever come here and been unsatisfied with the food or service. Every time I do come in, I wonder why I haven’t come more often. Food is consistently amazing, service is surprisingly great for an order ahead type restaurant, and it’s an overall quick dining experience.

Chicken chargha ( hand cut halal) & nehari was awesome . Chicken karahi just fine.
Chicken buryani ( mechin cut) fine.
Regular Naan #01 in north california .

This is an easy 5 star for me. Always busy but always efficient. Food is consistently good and is a great Indian/Pakistani meal even up to 10 or 11pm. So proud of this place.

The Chicken Tikka Masala is to die for... I also love their Gola Kabab and Nihari (only available on weekends).. really one of the best Pakistani restaurants in the bay

Honestly, this food is unreal. Great spot in downtown Redwood City. Every time I come here I eat too much and get sick, but I do it all over again and it’s so worth it.

Excellent, traditional, genuine, and great tasting Pakistani food. Many times better than Indian food as you can eat real organic meat at Pakistani restaurants, not just salad. We ordered Halwa puree, charga, niharee, kababs, omelette, and more. Service was fast, portions are large and the ambience is great.
