We kind of accidentally found this winery and we are so happy we did! We were looking for a wine flight to try and Bonnie took care of us. She was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and educated us on pairing and storing our wines. We ended up purchasing 4 bottles and an aerator. Definitely recommend.
While I have not actually visited the winery location yet, I was having dinner at Left Coast in downtown Ukiah (also fantastic btw) and they were promoting the Pinot Blanc. My wife ordered a glass and let me taste it. It was absolutely amazing. Needless to say, we ended up ordering two more glasses.As an added bonus and coincidence, the owner of Girasole Vineyards showed up at the restaurant to make a case delivery. My husband and I have driven past Barra for years, always talking about stopping in. Today we made a special trip to check it out. The tasting room is absolutely gorgeous along with the garden outside. Amber was absolutely the best, she was personable and fun to talk to. We ended up doing the standard tasting and enjoyed all of their offerings.
