Daughter went through 2 days ago to get drinks for us and our friends.... After a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnng wait got her drinks and advised she had ordered 3 venti's and 2 were ventis and 1 was a grande... told her well, we didn't charge you for a venti.... She asked for a remake for the correct size and was advised to go through the drivethru line to reorder it... She did but since we go to Starbucks a lot, will not be returning to this one for the lack luster customer service, nasty...read full review
The guy big was so rude. He didn't make my drink right and when I told him he took my drink so rude and tossed away so mad maybe they are frustrated because there is so much people but it's not my fault I paid for my drink.
Tried the pineapple matcha today for the first time and it was delicious!
