This MCD always disappoints. A smoothie machine that's been broken for months, show service, even when we place orders in advance and they always get kids our orders wrong unfortunately (we've stopped eating there but kids still want the idea of a happy meal even though it leaves everyone frustrated).
Drive thru wait line was for like an 1 hour they forgot yo gire me a big mac
Worst experience ive ever had at a McDonalds. Waited over 25 minutes for hotcakes and a breakfast biscuit, tables were dirty, employees did not seem to care, and drinks were flat. Ive repeatedly received Happy Meals lacking dips and incorrect drinks, only reason I return is that its the only McDonalds in town.

The customer service lacks friendliness, and the dine-in experience is subpar compared to the drive-thru. This location needs significant improvement to match the standards of other McDonald's restaurants.
