This is the 3rd time they forget food in my order, I can’t venue trust them to get the order complete. And their phone doesn’t work.

It is less than one start, I was waiting for almost five minutes over the counter to buy gifts cards and no one was taking orders, i thought may be nobody was there. It looked like no service at all. But they were “hidden” in the kitchen then the manager shown up asking to help me, I complained about my waiting and she did not care, I expected at least her apologize bit she did not. Very awful customer service.

My food tasted better than usual. Apparently it was made by a young man by the name of Jose. Thank you Jose! I would absolutely give 5 stars, however, the lady at the front counter was rather large and negatively impacted my appetite. But my chalupas and Baja blast still prevailed.

I ordered the $7.00 Meal. Unfortunately the chalupa was not fried and was quite soggy, I threw it away. These are supposed to be fried some, not just plain like a tortilla and the thickness is different. I called and called for atleast 30 minutes and the phone number was busy so decided to leave a review and never go back. Cooking food is restaurant 101 learning, scary!! 😱

This is my first time being at this Taco Bell location and this will be my last time. The service there was terrible. I asked for a fork to a lady who works there, and she gave me attitude because I asked for help. She huffed and puffed and took off to the back. The guy who works there heard what happened and kindly told me there’s some behind me. Apparently the lady had to clock out- the reason why she couldn’t help me. Regardless if you’re “clocking out for the day” there’s no need for an attitude especially when your job is service people. Maybe shouldn’t work in fast food or be in customer service if you can’t handle helping people. ??♀️??♀️

Waited 10 min, they charged me and gave me the wrong order…took 15 min after to try snd correct it after handing out every other order…to go so rest of food was cold. I got a refund for the one thing they got wrong.

Sometimes the kiosk order system doesn't go through to the kitchen and you wait like 15 minutes and have to tell them you're waiting for your order. Other than that, it's Taco Bell! The craving box is a good deal, too.

Great and friendly staff and service. They were helpful with the fact that I'm in a wheelchair . They made sure I had everything in my bag . Even opened the door for me.
