Based on the reviews, The Bear Club Restaurant is a step-up dining establishment in Reedley that has been an institution for at least 50 years. The restaurant is very upscale, clean, and comfortable, though guests should not arrive too casually dressed. Dishes are well prepared and nothing unexpected. The food is great, with specific meals like the Rib eye steak, lemon chicken, New York steak, Chicken George, and Alpine Burger all perfectly prepared and presented. The service is excellent with a professional and nice staff who are super friendly and know their stuff. However, some guests found the place disorganized with so-so food, and there were issues with being overcharged. Despite this, many enjoy a delicious dining experience and have been returning for 40 years.
