They are so chill here the lady who managed this carls is very nice of you have a coupon they will honor it regardless so i respect that it's also very fresh i can tell by their letuce it's always nice to eat here worth the price
I've been coming to this Carl's Jr since early 80s, I left a review last year I think, with a better score.
Now they keep changing people at the counter, there's one in particular that has terrible customer service, doesn't know how to say thank or can I help you, she hands you the food without even looking at you.
Perhaps she should be sent to learn how to treat customers at in & out or Chic Filet.

Refeemed my birthday reward in store as it wouldnt do it online. Associate was bery nice in drive through and took care of it. They need more people working there. Food was hot and tasted good
