I give 3 stars instead of 1, out of pity. After reviewing my experience at the corporate website for a survey and two free cookies, I got a call from a manager Lynn. She offered to repeat my order for free on the next day. I came during lunch time to pick up my order. I was not amazed of the service, but they got my order right this time. Usually has bad service but shocked to see them let in people without masks. Then I corrected a guy on my sandwich, and he was really rude. I was just not being talkative because I was preoccupied thinking about something else, and he said to me "you know you don't have be upset over the sandwich".
