The woman working the drive thru windows shouldn't have been. Had to repeat myself over and over and over for each item I said and she still couldn't get it right.

After arriving into LAX at midnight, we pulled up to the drive-thru at 2:00 a.m. There was a line of four cars in front of us. We had a straightforward order, one order of tacos, a lemonade, two bacon cheeseburger combo meals, and another specialty burger a la carte. When we arrived at the window, after paying, two of the three employees working asked us to get back in line and drive through a second time because the burgers weren't ready.
