Hot and ready....30 minutes later...neither hot nor ready...you should really have new trainees learn the menu which we were told beef was not on the menu, when there was a picture of right in front of the cashiers face and they should really know how to use the register BEFORE you put them on the floor....on a Saturday....during the lunch rush :/

The staff was pleasant, and the location was clean. Service is good. The parking lot can get a bit hectic during peak times, and outside needs to be much cleaner in front of the store.
