This McDonald's looks recently remodeled it well taken care now with clean tables and floors. The food was great giving McDonald's a high quality dine in feel. I ordered through the kiosk and an employee brought me my food to table asked if it was correct as well. I had a great experience to dine in and have lunch.

The service here is absolutely terrible. The McDonald’s employees completely ignore customers — you can stand right in front of them and they still won’t even look at you. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. It feels like you’re invisible. Everyone is busy doing anything except their actual job. You come in to get food and leave feeling like you wasted your time and they did you a favor by even taking your order. McDonald’s used to have standards, but this place has turned into a mess of indifference and careless attitude. Extremely disappointed.

I visited this McDonald’s on Nov 5, 2025 around 3:00 PM with my 6-year-old twin daughters. The restroom was locked, and customers needed an employee to open it. I asked multiple staff members for help, including the manager on duty, but everyone ignored us.
My daughter has a lifelong medical condition that makes it difficult to control her bowel movements. Because no one would unlock the restroom despite repeated requests, she could not hold it and soiled herself. It was humiliating and extremely upsetting.
When I asked the manager for her name, she refused to provide it. The lack of basic assistance, professionalism, and compassion—especially toward a young child—was shocking and unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff training and customer care.
I have picked up thousands of delivery orders in my life but this is the only store when I went to pick up the order ..speaker guy said that the delivery had already been picked up by another driver…it’s not 1 or 2 time ..minimum 4-5 time Thay said me same thing 😂

I specifically asked for well done French fries and they gave me the saddest coldest stale French fries I've ever had. It almost feels like it was done intentionally. I never leave reviews for McDonalds but this was ridiculous.

Was quite stop to grab lunch for myself and family, and I gotta say I wasn't there very long but did get my food decent amount of time, it was hot, including the fries, have to be picky about the fries, don't want them cold or old, I got them fresh and hot.

There was grease paper in my burger UNDER the melted cheese. When I went back to get a refund and new burger they fought me on. I will never be going here again.
