Worst customer service ever they were out of everything i tried to get a caramel frappe cause it was the only cold coffee it showed they had the ingredients to make turns out nope they didn't have the stuff for that either then the lady at the front counter acted like i done something wrong because i told her i didn't want to replace it with something else abd just wanted a refund ####Do####not####go #####here✔️☹️🤬🤬🤬

This is literally one of the worst McDonald’s ever they have no customer service no management skills no communication no team effort and they want you to come place your own order which is not fast food and how dare they ask you to place your order after 9 million people came in before you and after you and they don’t even have the decency to wipe off the fingerprints on the machine

Don't come here, they cancel your order and act like they never recieved it. Worst Mcds and they hide from costomers in the kitchen, no one is ever in the front. People stand and wait for a single refill for 20 mins and dont make eye contact with you to avoid attending you. Terrible service if you want a simple ketchup packet be ready to wait 15 or more mins.

Bad service. They deliver things in a bad mood. If you want a refill, you have to wait at least 10 minutes for them to serve you. Another problem is that you have to wait a long time for your order to be taken. Not all of us know how to use kiosks. We hope the supervisors take action on this matter so they don't lose customers.

I ordered two kids meals six piece nuggets when I got home one of the boxes had only two small fries, but no nuggets I went back to the store. They give their nuggets but they never apologize for inconvenience. They just open the box and they start laughing. definitely not going back to the McDonald's
