At the drive thru intercom for 15 minutes then drive to window and nobody noticed me for another 10 minutes. Had to finally go inside to get service. Workers were rude.

The food was of very poor quality—overly greasy and with an unpleasant taste. This wasn’t just a one-time issue; it was my third time ordering, and unfortunately, the experience was just as bad as before.

Had to get off vehicle for drive thru order. Customer service was depressing.

Ok. By far the worse Arby’s experience ever had. Wifey and I went here for lunch. Got there at about 12:30. Only 1 person in front of me. Took my order. Ordered protein style double burger for me and fish sandwich combo for wifey. After waiting 15 minutes for order the cashier made an announcement saying anyone in line at the time would have to wait an addl 15 minute before they can order. As it turned out the manager decided to go on break during lunch time and left only 2 employees. One to take orders and run the food and the other to prepare and cook the food. Waited another 15 minutes for our food. When we got it her fries were cold and instead of giving her a fish sandwich they gave her a protein style burger. And instead of me getting my double protein burger I also got a single protein style burger. The manager should have offered us a refund and made the order right. Instead she raised her voice at me and said how they were short handed. And when I continued to complain she threw my receipt at me and said she was just gonna issue a refund. We had a few words in between us then the general manager came from pilot and made our order right after 1 hour of ordering it. We still should have gotten a full refund. Please save yourselves the hassle!! If you’re not a trucker or even if you are a trucker don’t eat here!! The very next exit going east is Ayala off the 210. There is parking for cars and some parking for trucks. Has many selections they are better than this Arby’s

12/26/24 - 5:30pm Night shift. Old lady was at front counter. Ordered 3 sandwiches and she gave me one Arby sauce. I asked for 1 more arby sauce and she starts to fight with me in front of everybody else saying she only allowed to give me one sauce. In front of customers she starts to argue with me. Horrible attitude she had. Yall literally have a hand pump sauce counter outside I can grab like 50 cups and fill them with arby sauce so what was the issue if she would have just gave me one more arby sauce. What happen to old Arby’s where they would make it right for the customer. This arby is a very very bad location. All employees r always ready to fight with the customers.
