The food was ok. Portions were great. Service was horrible. This location is right around the corner from my house, but the service is so bad that'll drive to a further one. I have placed order here many times, I think that's the problem. One time I made a drive thru order and I received my order but not my card. When I walked back inside to get it, I saw my card on the counter. They were confused and told me they had to charge it again. I declined and showed them my receipt. They charged me anyway, I was able to get the amount removed the next day. However there was no thank you, one woman laughed and told me "it happens all the time, they get busy". Another time, they got my order all wrong, and the food was cold. A man told me they didn't have receipt paper and everything was in the bags without repeating my order. I called back 3 times during the evening and no response. I gave up, maybe I stick to Taco Bell. It's frustrating having to return back or lose money, because they aren't able to get it right the first time.

Terrible customer service!! Corporate needs to review these RATINGS................ Drove up to the drive-I asked if they had a meal with a taco and a burrito, person, taking my order said "OMG Really" can you repeat that, I was like excuse me, he responded "Repeat it" drove to the window ask for manager, and she was like in LaLa land, I guess that's why employees have no good customer service. "NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN". Now I understand why all the bad reviews.

The employees seemed grumpy but that doesn't affect my rating, fast food sucks. Lol. Food was yummy and hot. Just not enough hot sauces given. Otherwise idk why it's 2 star rating lol

This is the third time I received a incomplete order. Half of my order was missing , I am very upset and feel it is done on purpose months apart. They don't seem to make it right when, I return to pick the rest of my food order I paid for. I am Very dissatisfied with your food service.

10/4/23 - I was in the Drive thru yesterday & placed my order about roughly 5x to the representative that was working . I confirmed order & which she repeated it to me . As I pulled up to the Window to get my order the Girl working had a BAD stank attitude. She gave me drinks and one was wrong . Which I requested no ice . Then she told me to park in The 20 min parking spot as my food wasn't ready . I waited roughly 15 mins for my order and I asked the same girl with attitude is this my entire order ? I said my 1 transaction and everything. She said " yes" first off they forgot some items in my order and asked if I wanted sauce and there was no napkins & no ketchup & not hot sauce . You had 1 job and that was to get the order right ? Which they FAILED to execute. Honestly, if you don't like customer service don't work there . After checking my transactions. They forgot to charge me for an item I really wanted . Instead of apologizing and finding a solution she gave me an attitude & didn't even apologize. So damn inconsiderate. I will never come here again this place is ran like crap .

Worst experience ever!! It took 30 minutes to get through the drive through, the employee couldn't even take an order properly!! Get home the mild sauce I asked for wasn't in the bag nor were there napkins or a fork. The fries in my chili cheese fries were over cooked and inedible and the taco shells were stale also inedible! What a shame I used to love this location but I will not go back! Time to throw it all out and make a sandwich.

Ok, I know it's fast food. However, when the employees are completely disinterested and don't make eye contact, well ... it's not a great way to interact with the customers. Yes, the food was marginal, but sometimes it's kind of fun to do a fast food run. That said, I've had much better at other locations so I'm just going to chalk it up to that. A little friendliness goes a long way.

The service is extremely terrible. The manager is rushy and unprofessional! Argued with me in the drive thru because he forgot to add one of my food items in my bag! I literally pulled every single thing out of my bag to show him and he still argued with me saying it's in there I packed it myself. After giving him all three of my bags back, he did indeed realize it wasn't in there! It was in a different bag, I'm assuming for the car behind me. Threw it in my bag and handed me the rest of my bags. No apology no nothing. This location needs to get itself together. Slow down stop worrying about their drive thru times and worry more about customer service and accuracy.

After sitting in a freaking drive thru I asked the 8 cars behind me to please let me out and explained why everyone behind me started to back out so I could leave and the car in front of me. This place should not be in business any longer this was completely insane.

I ordered 2 fiesta packs the tacos barely had anything in them! Every single one of them! I might as wehave just ordered shells!
