Great customer service Excellent cook as always Tarshina is the Best! She’s always happy and gives great customer service! She does it all every time I go in there she’s doing it all! Tarshina and her crew are amazing keep up the Great job! Make sure you reward Tarshina and her team crew!

I went in I didn't know they had a new system that you got to order from the kiosk the man just looked at me crazy and then did not help me. And they need to clean the back of that house the kitchen you can see all the grease all over the appliances that's nasty it took everything in my body not to cancel my order and walk out

Today, February 13th at 11:30 AM Benjamin gave incredible service. He was well spoken and attentive. Repeated my order back twice without me asking. I thought I was at In-n-Out for a minute. 😇He deserves a raise.

I had a bad experience only two workers I waited for 15 minutes until they help me I was ignored from the workers once a worker help me she was rude and giving me bad looks.

Drive thru is the longest I've been in for a Bakers every time. Employees talking more than working while people are waiting for a long time in the drive thru. Only 3 cars ahead of me and 30min in line is crazy.

Worst Bakers out of all the Bakers I've been too .food always has grease when it comes to the tacos never do I get a good taco . Plus I made an online order for drive thru and got stuck for an hour waiting for my food when I got it . It was ice cold

Today I was served by a young looking man named Benjamin, and a woman named Tarshina, they were very efficient and very quick with their service, it only took about 1 to 3 minutes for the order to be placed. Alongside the sauces and sugar packets I asked for.
I hope Benjamin and Tarshina are treated properly for their excellent job, I'd say they deserve a higher pay since they seem like very good and energetic employees.
Got a grilled cheese kids meal and quesadilla .
They had leftover cleaner burned onto it and the fries had a weird taste too . Never had this happen and the RGM was very rude when we called .

Thanks for the burnt burgers. I didn’t even bother eating it. Now it’s just wasted money. How quickly a good cheap meal can be ruined by someone’s negligence. How do you even burn the cheese to the burger? If you can’t even make a burger, then you need to be replaced by a robot. Absolute trash.

The staff member Brian was incredibly rude and hostile to my 10 year old son who needed to use the restroom while we were getting ready to go through the drive thru. My husband went in to explain that we were in fact customers, and were about to go through the drive thru to order for our family of six, and they still refused entry to the restroom for my 10 year old son, stating it was because we didn’t buy anything yet. We took our business elsewhere (to the AMAZING Bakers location #107 on Foothill Blvd where Tristan was EXTREMELY customer service oriented) after being extremely disappointed in the treatment that we received from the staff at the first location. A conversation with assistant manager Samantha Guzman took place, but she was also hostile, rude and flat out disrespectful, even having the nerve to ask - What did you want me to do about that?
Clearly, additional training is needed on how to treat customers, and people in general, at this location. Who treats a child that way?
I ordered 11 tacos for me and my kids. They forgot 2 tacos, and accused me of having them already and the workers were flipping me off
