Spent 7 dollars on 2 scoops that my toddler could eat….small as I ever had in my life ….was so upset that I went to the gas station and bought my daughter thrifty ice cream ….the 2 girls in there acted like I ask for a pink spoon for free and put it in a cup…NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN?

Ice cream very good as always but this time requested 2 scoops and after serving server took portion of ice cream out, so now it's not 2 scoops it what ever weight they assigned so for a $7.00 scoop and a half not good

This is my first time coming to this location and I got greeted by Gabriela. She was very helpful even with my four little kids running around. Our shakes were delicious. Everything was great . Will return.

These workers definitely need to work on their customer service. I understand how frustrating people can be but I was not rude whatsoever nor was it packed at all. I said thank you have a nice day even after the fact that they helped the person that came in after me and the girl rolled her eyes and walked away to the back. Must've been one of those days I guess.

Employees seem annoyed if you walk in close to their closing time. Past two times ice cream is soft and borderline melting. Asked to purchase an additional item and was told no cause they closed. Employees need to additional training on customer service.

Horrible experience. The ladies that work there are beyond rude. I ordered two shakes and it was dripping out of my cup & the girl didn't even bother to clean my cup. She gave me a messy over filled shake. Completely unacceptable and a huge lack of professionalism.
