Terrible customer service went on Wed mid day I used the drive thru.The clerk had me wait before ordering for a long time, so I asked if I could order and she raised her voice in an angry tone telling me "too bad I have to wait" so I decided to go somewhere else. Clerks need to be more polite and not speak to customers like that. Will not be coming back.

Larger than normal, yellow tortillas and not too crispy as one expected. This franchise dropped in quality over the years. Definitely not going back and possibly wouldn't recommend it. There's smaller establishments with more flavor, authentic and quality. This place is over priced as well. Boo.
My husband and I just enjoyed some delicious quesabirria and ramen birria. The portions were a good size. Was helped by Carina who was friendly and helpful. First time here but will be coming back. So glad it’s close to home.
The person at the checkout was very unfriendly, the food was super ugly, tasteless, the sauce was horrible, and the customer service was horrible.

This store forgot my drink and then proceeded to tell me it’s not their fault and they won’t provide the $5 drink I paid for. Very rude and don’t care about their customers at all. Don’t ever order from here unless you want to pay for items you won’t receive

They were very nice polite and kind. The birria was amazing.
Not bad, definitely not the best next birria and it's also beef birria. Quesabirrias are soft tortillas which are usually fried a bit. The birria ramen wasn't bad at all, probably better than other top rated birria ramen places. They do however have a drive thru which is a big plus and one of the main reasons why I was motivated to stopped there other than the food. Overall they're okay, there's better within Rialto.

Food is great and service is fast the salsas are also great beware of the deep red 1 it's super spicy I do recommend eating at the restaurant as some of the food might not travel well and the tortilla gets a little soggy still great birria.

Walked in and literally smelled like a septic tank/dog poop. Girl was rude as hell and said I needed to order before I can use the restroom my whole family was walking in and they thought it smelled too.. lol beware!!!!!
