So I’ll start by saying that I have not ate at Burger King in like 8 years and when I did it was through the drive-through, I haven’t been INSIDE Burger King In probably like 20 years. That being said, I finally came to bring my niece, and had no idea that you had to order at a kiosk, so I stood at the front cash register for like 10 minutes, the workers kept staring at me but wouldn’t even acknowledge me or ask if I had a question or anything, it was so rude, I did not see the self kiosk because it was behind me. They could have asked if I had a question or wanted to order and then pointed me in the right direction to the kiosk instead of making me wait around looking dumb. I’m used to someone taking my order at an actual cash register. My personal opinion is that these workers need to work on their mannerisms and professionalism by acknowledging the customers. Also, we are so excited to try their nerds slushy, so when I picked up my tray at the counter, the lady says oh, we are all out of nerds, so we could just give you the slushy by itself, but the nurse was the whole reason that my niece wanted that slushy so she said I’ll just give you a soda instead, but I said the soda is cheaper, so I will be losing money if you do that, because they did not want to give me a refund. Overall very unprofessional, and makes me hesitant on ever bringing my niece back.
I wanted to get the new flame and flight combo because it looked so good in the pictures but when i received it the meal didn't come with half of the things it was supposed to come with. I didn't get the Viking chocolate Sunday which i was most excited for or the fiery dragon mozzarella sticks. I was so disappointed about this. The only good thing i have to say is that the burger was good. This is a scam!!!

I had told myself I would never come back because staff was rude i was in a rush decided to give them one more chance.... new staff is taking care of customer service like never before... thanks guys good job

Prices are so high, a single whopper will now cost you $10 bucks 😱😱😱 but this place always sends out coupons and the app also.

I don’t expect much from BK , but at least don’t microwave your burgers . I got a cowboy burger and it was piping hot like it just came out the microwave , do a lil better 🤢

Workers here are lazy to talk. I couldn’t hear whoever was taking my order. It’s like the lights are on but nobody home. It was like zombies walking around making food. My hamburger had so much mayonnaise it was ridiculous. Very sloppy. The self serve ketchup was so watery. Good thing was my little one enjoyed her meal only because it came with a toy probably. Workers, please work on your custom service skills. I get it, we don’t always feel like smiling but speak up louder with a respectful tone.

Stopped by Burger King this morning for a sausage croissant, and it hit the spot. The crew was super friendly and had my order out fast. Great service and a solid breakfast!

I came in for a BK Big Fish and I didn't feel like a soda, so I ordered a vanilla milkshake. 😮💨What a DISAPPOINTMENT. What I got was vanilla soup 🤦♀️🙄. Why didn't I go back? For what! You failed burger king more like serf burger 😒

The new girl they got has the worst attitude from all of them here she is very slow especially in drive thru when customers tell her what they getting she ignored them and tells them to order when ready !

Drive through order was incorrect , my boyfriend and I went in the restaurant to order just the burgers without the combo, manager stated” we cannot because it’s more expensive” ( with a bothered faced ) we walked in respectfully and patient and the service of the manager was unpleasant and rude. He walked out with a bag of ice went in his car and drove off

Never disappointed whenever I go, foods good. Drive through is fast. And friendly people, I’m not sure why the review of the service are negative but I always get good customer service

Says open at 6 am got here after 6 and no one at the drive thru. Horrible management and horrible service.
