I do not recommend their chili fries. I've been trying to find the best chili fries near me and I think these might have been the worst so far. I'm leaving 3 stars because I only tried one thing so it's a little unfair to trash the restaurant.

came into this restaurant because I had never been here, walked in and ordered a cheeseburger combo, the gentleman taking my order was very respectful and even accommodated my request of 1000 island sauce. Great prices, good food, and great atmosphere. Seems to be a nice family owned spot and its great. 10 out of 10 definitely coming here again.

It was our 1st time eating her. And it was a pleasant experience. Food was good and service was great. I wish I would've gotten the young man's name who helped us. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and helpful.

The food is good and the portions you get for the price is very good. I just wish they put more dressing in the burgers. Overall the staff is kind and the wait is not to long.
I live in Crestline, CA and was in the area looking for a good burger. After reading the reviews, I thought I would give Burger Mania a try. Upon entering, the staff greeted us with a smile. The inside was clean and had a cool vibe. The burger was juicy and flavorful, with the bun that held everything together. The toppings were fresh, and the patties were cooked to perfection, with a nice char on the outside. The combination of flavors was amazing, and the fries were crispy and well-seasoned. The Ranch is the best I have ever tasted and is really good to dip your crispy fries in. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I really enjoyed the overall experience and will definitely be back.

Wanted to dine in an hour before closing and was met with a bothered worker. I understand if I had wanted to dine in 10 minutes or even 30 minutes before closing. Said worker never took our order it ended being taken by another worker who was in the back. If I ever want a burger in rialto again, I'll either go to Georges, Chriss , or Tams. Never coming back here again.
Disappointed in the customer service I received today, Employee that goes by the name of cassandra most rudest cashier I have ever encountered at burger mania. I don't know how they have people like her working there, when working with customers CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY... Burger Mania do better with your employees. The place was super welcoming, and the staff treated me like family. I felt right at home. I had the "Mania Burger Mania," and it was amazing! The char flavor was on point, and it was cooked perfectly. I couldn't stop eating it. The fries were also perfect - crispy and warm, with just the right amount of salt. 10/10 I'd come again. This place is going on my ???? list. Support your local burger joint!!!!!!
