California Fish Grill

Never been. Loved the food. Tho got my salad dressing wrong I didn't bother was still good. Found a healthy fish place. Me and family will be back.

Did not order because they were out of all wild caught fish... REALLY?!

We absolutely love this place and come here quite often! The service is consistently great—friendly and efficient every time. We enjoy all the fish and shrimp dishes; everything is always fresh and flavorful. The clam chowder is absolutely delicious—rich, comforting, and a must-have with every visit. California Fish Grill has definitely become one of our go-to spots for a satisfying and reliable meal.

I've had issues with Calif Fish Grill in Rialto in the past (skimpy tacos) but this visit was better. I ordered Fried Catfish with French fries and Brussel sprouts to go. The food was very good but everything was put on the same plate so by the time I got home and ready to eat, the sauce from the Brussel sprouts made the French fries soggy. So next time I will ask them to package the Brussel sprouts separately. And I should add that the Brussel sprouts are my favorite side (I never liked them before but the balsamic glaze makes them delicious).

Great customer service, the wait could be long at times, and the food was cold.

This is my second review and once again I'm disappointed I love this place but again this place falls short I ordered the salmon and swai combo with shrimp skewer and Brussel sprouts I get home and see I didn't get my Brussel sprouts it's a dam shame because I was looking forward to the Brussel sprouts

Quality, but the filet of salmon was way too thin. My first time there, they asked me what kind of seasoning I wanted. I said plain or something like that, and the cashier said, “Ok, so just regular fish seasoning, then?”

I should have asked what that meant because it seemed like a mild Cajun seasoning. which is still too spicy for me.😂

It’s not that this seasoning was bad, just that I don’t care for that taste. I should have clarified that I wanted it without any additional seasoning at all. So that was my fault.

What I really didn’t like, though, was that the filet of salmon had quite a large footprint, taking up maybe 1/3 to 1/2 of the plate. Yet it was extremely thin, probably less than half an inch tall, and the edges were overcooked and dry! 😒😒

I don’t understand why anybody would cut any type of filler that way. I would rather have a much thicker filet with a smaller footprint. This super-thin filet was mostly dry. There was only a bite or two that weren’t dry.

I guess for the price, perhaps that should be expected, but I was highly disappointed. The second time we went there, I asked for no seasoning at all. It was better, but still a very thin filet, and still dry!

Why are they overcooking the salmon???

I plan to try a different location, and when I return to this location, I hope I teenager to tell them to make sure the fillet is most, not overcooked.

This place never disappoints me food is fresh and healthy per usual I love the Cajun salmon with zucchini and corn chefs kiss

The tuna was delicious! The vegetables were perfectly cooked with a little crunch!

Make sure you check your bag for condiments,they never put it with your food.

They had really good customer service.

This is the short version of my visit.

I visited for the first time. I walked up to place an order and was ignored as if I was not there. Another party walked in and was greeted with a hello and how may I help you. I reached out to corporate to only be directed back to the problem.

I am not going away until someone addresses this issue. Food is great but I prefer great customer service over great food. I would not recommend this location. Zero stars!
