I went last night around 11:30 pm and they were closed for maintenance but i found this out AFTER i ordered and they took my money.Just say your closed on the app?????Would not give me an instant refund and customer service is no help.Being expensive and shitty is not working out i will not be back.

One of the reasons I like carls is because of the house dressing. It’s completely different from the buttermilk ranch. I bought over $40 worth food. Paid for it. When I was asked if I want ketchup, I said no. Asked if I could get house dressing. I was told no. They don’t have any. I believe once in my last 4 or 5 times of me going there they actually had it. How do you always run out? I got home, split up all the food between me and my wife. Opened up my 5 piece tender box($8.99) and there was only 3. So, I didn’t get the house dressing they should have on stock, and I feel ripped off for not getting what I paid for.
