Yolanda was very rude, didn’t say how can I help you. When I got to the window she just said the total and when I got my food she handed me the bag and when I said thank you she walked away and I didn’t get a chance to ask for ketchup. Super rude employee. She needs to change her attitude

So rude Cashier. When I asked for napkins, she ignore me, and then I waited on the window, and she was upset that I was still there. Doble. I asked because I need napkins while eating on the go, and so I’m professional, she showed me an attitude and it’s just not OK. It’s sad to see people like this Services industry. I get it. People needs a job, but be nice. They live off the Customer just never going back to this location. No wonder they are so slow.

Owner needs to send secret shopper. Lady that was in front counter talking food orders was very rude. Stereotyping us apparently she didn't think we spoke English. She asked another customer white gentleman if he wanted senior discount, didn't offer it to us. Had to ask for condiments. It felt like she didn't want us there. Not good for business. I wonder how many people she has done this. Probably alot that why no one goes inside to eat

Ordered two burgers , fries and a milkshake.
Milkshake was tasteless, and it was more whipped cream than anything. Literally overflowing out the dome lid. The burger was absolutely disgusting. Bit in to it and right away I could tell that something was not okay. Tasted bitter and rancid, the meat looked old and raw. Couldn't even keep chewing after the first bite. Pretty sure it was rotten , I have never tasted anything that disgusting.

I went last night around 11:30 pm and they were closed for maintenance but i found this out AFTER i ordered and they took my money.Just say your closed on the app?????Would not give me an instant refund and customer service is no help.Being expensive and shitty is not working out i will not be back.
