I swear the chicken sandwiches keep getting smaller and they keep charging more I don't know if I will be going back anymore when Chubby's chicken is better

They actually had a employee going up and down the aisles offering more assistance or service every 10-15 minutes which was nice.

Went through the drive thru earlier and everything was great as always! A little disappointed because I ordered a 12ct chicken nuggets and got a 4 piece chicken strips. Yes I know this may not seem like a big deal but me being pregnant and all, the chicken nuggets were the only things I was craving at the moment!

The guy taking the order in the drive through messed up I asked for light ice he did not put that on the order. Also asked for no pickles and got my Sandwich with pickles

We catered from here and we were very happy! We made the order online and checked in with them the day prior. We picked up the order at the store and it was well organized! Our package orders came with a sandwich, chips, and cookies. They included a wet wipe, mint, sauces, ketchup, and napkins! And we even got extra sauces! I will definitely order from her again for catering! Everything was done on time. Even though we ate our order about an 45 mins after we picked it up, the sandwiches were still warm! Great job guys! We appreciate you!

First time visiting this restaurant/chain. Everything about my experience was first class. The food, the service, in fact the cashier gave me a teepee stand for the table and they brought the food to my table. They even asked if there was anything else I would like. Halfway through my meal another employee walked by and asked if we needed anything.
My friend Tim suggested we go to Chick fil a. Received the wrong order. Someone else's name was on the receipt. When he told them they gave him $2 off his order and delivered a new meal. Although he wasn't happy when his order arrived because he thought he ordered a meal. Although the amount on the receipt did not reflect a meal price.

Extremely disappointed with the staff and management attitude
This was honestly an unacceptable experience. Today I had a health and medical condition that didn’t let me get off the car, so I placed a simple curbside order for a couple of ice creams and ended up waiting over 25 minutes in my car with zero communication. What made it worse was watching other people who arrived after me get their orders before I did, showing a complete lack of organization and priority.
Not once did a team member come out to apologize or check on my order. Management staff was visibly present, yet they seemed completely uninterested and dismissive of the situation—as if customer experience didn’t matter at all.
If you don’t respect your job or care about how your customers are treated, maybe it’s time for a change. The lack of accountability, empathy, and professionalism was obvious throughout the entire staff and management team.
To make things worse, I’m not just an occasional visitor. I hold the highest membership level in the Chick-fil-A app, which means I’m a very frequent customer and loyal to the brand. That makes this experience even more disappointing.
Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

Tonight was an exceptional experience. I made a request to have my meal given to me before I got to the window due to my nausea. Without question my meal was given to me away from the window, hot and the lady was so sweet! Thank you!
