Two days ago I walked into this location and the first thing I saw was workers that didn’t look happy. When I got to the front of the line I was asked what I would to order and I said a chicken burrito with rice on the side. The worker warmed the Tortilla and put rice on my burrito ?. I should have left then without buying anything. My burrito was made and the other worker helping the cashier said “you ordered a steak burrito?” I said “no, it was a chicken burrito with rice on the side!” This was a burrito for my woman. Why when I made it home and she took a bite of the burrito she noticed that it was a steak burrito and almost got upset with me for chipotle worker’s mistake. BAD SERVICE AT THIS ONE. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND! Whoever was the manager that 4/8/3024 needs to be check got having such careless workers REFUND!?

I come here once in a while and the service is usually okay to get by the day. However I came the other night. I didn’t catch her name but she was young and had a weird attitude towards me just cause she said I looked like someone she knew. She looked like she was trying to give me less than the normal portions. Don’t judge a random customer just cause they look like someone you know during your personal life.

The inconsistency of this location bothers me since Chipotle is my favorite fast food restaurant & it’s the closest one. I have to drive further to get my fix. The chicken isn’t seasoned well every time. Standardize the recipes please.

Do better at reading online orders. I specifically put that I wanted extra rice and there wasn’t. I specifically noted that I wanted my guacamole and beans on the side and it was mixed in. There was also sour cream in my bowl that I didn’t ask for. I did an online order because the employees are rude af here. Worst location I’ve ever been to.

My flour Tortilla was stale. The employee pulled it from an exposed stack that was not covered or contained in any way. My Burrito basically crumbled as I ate it.

This is the second time I've ordered here in the last 2 weeks and both times the rice isn't fully cooked. The rice is crunchy and hard. I love Chipotle but this is ridiculous. We don't order food for it to be undercooked. Please fix this. Speak with and/or retrain your staff on how to cook rice. My dinner is literally ruined.

Sierra Lakes has much better workers. This is the third time I’ve waited for my mobile order here and the FEMALE workers stayed taking the men before me even though I (a female) was visibly in line to pick up my order. Bot at all cool, and it says a lot about who you guys prioritize as customers. I’m not one to take this serious but that was just offensive.
