Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered online (8/3/25) with six hard shell tacos. I put white rice, chicken n lettuce. Those r the only things I put. But today, it seems half of my tacos have cheese instead of white rice. Just because the cheese is white, it does not mean it's rice. Double check the order, please.

As far as these restaurants go this one is at least add nice as any others I have been to. I just find myself not a huge fan of their concept. Feels mostly like an expensive beans, rice and cheese burrito with a little meat in it.

I went on a Thursday night at 9:40 and they don’t close til 11, i understand they have to prepare to close the restaurant at 11 but to barely have anything (no food selection they only had chicken) no chips… It was disappointing…

Don't show up at 9:50PM because although they close at 11PM, I guess they just leave the scraps out and dont cook after that.

Rude customer service by the apparent “floor lead”, Joana. Hire better Chipotle. Definitely never coming to this location again.

I enjoyed the burrito but I was disappointed with all the dirty tables. It was a bit of a chore to find one without debris and food on top. But, the food was good.

Who was a great store was cleaned just didn't like that customer service wasn't really great didn't get greeted no one is smiling except for the guy that's in the back cooking

I've eaten at this Chipotle 3 times and all 3 times I've gotten food poisoning. I don't know if the foods been sitting out to long or if it's under cooked but I'm not the only one. My co worker has gotten sick every time he's eaten here too

Best to order burritos without rice. I ordered double sofritas, yet it's barely discernable. Opened up the burrito and it's hardly any at all... a few tablespoons. There's SO MUCH rice, though. I paid almost $20 for a rice burrito, apparently. The other 2 burritos were the same, except they completely forgot the guacamole I paid extra for on one of them. Not thrilled I paid almost $85 for 3 mostly rice burritos and a couple of quesadillas for the kids. Oh, my burrito was also missing cheese. Lesson learned... cook at home because everything else is a scam now.

Staff is uninviting and you feel like you’re bothering them by walking in.
Portions are small.
Dining area is dirty.
I don’t recommend
