Ordered a couple meat burritos. The burrito is 95% rice and beans. What little meat that was in the burrito was poor quality and lots of hard fat. Very disappointed, what a rip off.

Came in for online order, showed my receipt on the phone and was handed a bag, asked if everything was there, gave a sarcastic “yesss”. Got home, missing 3 items, got back and the supervisor acted like I was wrong for trusting their word. Literally asked me “what do you want me to do, do you want me to like remake it?”
No apologies whatsoever.
Do yourself a favor and drive a little further to the next one. Never had a problem at the Hospitality location.
After getting home got the icing on the cake, had ordered carnitas tacos, they didn’t put any meat on any of them, just cheese, pico and guacamole. Didn’t go a third time because it was already late and my blood pressure was through the roof.

Arrived at Chipotle at 9:58 p.m. They don't close until 11: 30. 30 p.m.. the food that was in the display case was old and dry and look like it had been sitting out for hours. With myself and other customers asked if they would be cooking anywhere food. They replied. No, we closed soon. The beans are dried out and their attitudes were very dry and rude as well. They stood there and looked at us like eat it or not. This is a new location and I'm very disappointed. I've eating that Chipotle countless times and it seems like the service gets worse and worse. Unfortunately, this post does not allow pictures. I'd like to show you how disgusting and dry the food looked. I will be making a formal complaint to corporate as well. Thank you. I'm done with you guys. #disappointed customer

It seems like they ration the meat. Very little meat on my bowl. Had to ask for double meat due to this so I paid extra. When I was about to pay they asked us if we wanted chips and a drink. There were 2 of us with a bowl each. We both said yes to chips and drink. So that means 2 chips and 2 drinks on top of that I also asked for an Izze. I paid and we only got one cup for a drink. The girl said she only charged me for one which didn't make sense at all. She rolled her eyes at me and as she was giving me my change she took back a $10 bill to charge me for the other drink. Just very unprofessional overall. I am typing this as I am still in the restaurant.

I ordered online (8/3/25) with six hard shell tacos. I put white rice, chicken n lettuce. Those r the only things I put. But today, it seems half of my tacos have cheese instead of white rice. Just because the cheese is white, it does not mean it's rice. Double check the order, please.

As far as these restaurants go this one is at least add nice as any others I have been to. I just find myself not a huge fan of their concept. Feels mostly like an expensive beans, rice and cheese burrito with a little meat in it.

I went on a Thursday night at 9:40 and they don’t close til 11, i understand they have to prepare to close the restaurant at 11 but to barely have anything (no food selection they only had chicken) no chips… It was disappointing…

Don't show up at 9:50PM because although they close at 11PM, I guess they just leave the scraps out and dont cook after that.
