I used to go to this place quite frequently because I had an unlimited monthly car wash. The food there was pretty good, but then the service started going downhill. During my last visit there, the individual at the cashier didn't even greet me. Didn't even smile. Didn't say a word just stood there looking at me so I told him what I wanted and proceeded to ask. Are you OK? He started telling me with an attitude, it ain't that serious! it ain't that serious! So I just stated I was just asking if you were OK, you have a blessed one I grabbed my burrito and walked out. So because of individual I will no longer be giving them nor the gas station that provided my unlimited monthly car washes my service anymore.

This place use to have good service . But the last several times not good. Lack of help. Slow employee. Lack of a brain. Even rude. The last three times called to check time open till. They always say different times than online. Sunday Says 8 pm open. But employees say 6 pm. Saturday says online 10 pm but employee said 9 pm They are rude and lazy in helping customers. And obviously either Lack knowledge or management is not over seeing their help. And whoever puts time online is messing up. So we decided to not go to chronic taco in Rialto the last 4 times. Due to the reasons I mentioned in my concerns above. These employee are getting a raise to 20 $ an hour. I suggest hire help that doesn't chase customers away. You ask what I suggest om food it's not food to suggest it's change in employees

They catered to our warehouse at Rivian. The food was great! Very colorful, and the veggies were fresh. We really appreciate the food. Salsa was mad decent. Gave plenty of utensils. Thank you.

Had a horrible experience here. The workers are extremely rude, they were acting so annoyed while taking our order and when we were adding our toppings as if we were such a nuisance. Crazy to pay 60 dollars for food and feel uncomfortable to ask for what you paid for. Will never eat here again!

Looks like a separate building from the freeway but this Chronic Tacos is inside the gas station... little odd, but okay.Took my future In-Laws out for lunch the day before my baby shower and disaster struck in the form of food born illness.Word to the wise, unless you have nothing important planned the next day, except praying to the porcelain Gods, don't order the fish!Mother In Law didn't make it to the shower and vows NEVER to go back to ANY Chronic Tacos, which does hurt my Taco-loving heart.Service was okay and the place looked clean from the front but then again, it is inside a gas station.Good luck fellow foodies and when in doubt, stick to the meats!Parking: Plenty of parking, may have to walk around people pumping their gas, though.Wheelchair accessibility: Main entrance is wheelchair accessible with a few spots out front available for handicap parking.

Was greeted by employee as soon as we entered the store. The woman was very helpful and patient with our questions. The food was worth the price. We ordered two burritos and two tacos. The burritos were very good size. The tacos were on standard size corn tortillas. Not the small taco stand ones. All in all, the ambiance was great, the service was awesome, and the food tasty. Definitely stopping again.
