No napkins and straws plus the staff was very rude for what they forgot. But thankfully they couldn't count and gave me incorrect change so I got extra money which was a plus

Told me that I had to wait for chicken and ask what they had available ready. I order whatever they had available so I can leave quickly and they still had me wait for 25 minutes after I waited for another 25 minutes in line. This team needs some serious work lying to customers that chicken is ready. Management need to take a closer look on how there employees are running store.

Went today got the spicy chicken sandwich at first glance I looked at it and told my wife no I'm taking it back it doesn't look right it seem like it was sitting plus it was not even warm I ate it any way now I'm sick with diarrhea and vomiting 🤮 I know it was them because I haven't had nothing else to eat today rite after I ate it worst stomach pain ever.. I don't understand why they would do this to any one my food was played with !!
