We went to dine there for mother's day.. my experience was the worst ever i always enjoyed my favorite Chinese spicy chicken salad n never had an issue but this time The service was the worst waitress was at times rude n took for everything to bring out food never brought drink's till we asked her n forgotten completely and chocolate shake...n didnt understand why the restaurant was dead only 2other tables n us so why the waitress wasn't so bad?

Service is horrible. Wait staff is unattentive and snooty. Cinnamon roll French toast was STALE and cold. Hard as a rock. Seems like every time I come this place gets worse

I would give this cocos no stars. They are clearly cutting back serious corners on the food. My burger patty was weird the color etc. my daughter chicken strips weren't edible. No point and arguing over it. Just don't come here the near by locations are way better

Its 8pm and there is only 1 other customer in the entire Restaurant and our waitress is spending her entire time talking to this gentleman on the other side of the Restaurant. My wire wanted soup after tasting my soup but the waitress never came over to see if we needed anything after she serve me my soup.I order well done steak and it was pink inside and cold, we kept hearing the cook ring the bell (3×)and now I know why my steak was cold becausethe waitress was to busy chattingwith the older gentleman. I was very hungry so I ate it. Although the waitress was nice enough to give us the soup for free the one cup my wife ordered and gave my daughter a extra cookie I think she should pay more attention to her customers than chatting with the older gentleman that could easily be her dad. My first review ever sorry it had to be a bad one....p.s. the older gentleman must work there in some capacity because the waitress ask for his assistance in ringing up our gift cards. Which took another 15min after he went to the back and got another female to help them ring up the order.

Pleasantly surprised to find both the food and service was up to snuff this visit. It's been a few years, but gave this location another try, despite the sparse yet negative reviews.Blanca provided polite courteous, polite and helpful service, paying attention to details and any requests with a very positive attitude and big smile.Compliments to the cook Enrique. Spinach Bacon Florentine Omelette was enjoyable as were the country potatoes.Topped off the experience with cherry topped cheese cake with crispy graham cracker crust.We are happy to add this place to our list of go to restaurants.
Some big party came in after us and got to order before us?I have a 30 minute lunch break and the food took a long time to come out so I was about to leave but then the food came out so I had to eat really fast.I was drinking water and eating breakfast potato's so fast I got the hiccups from eating so fast but the waitress never came back to fill my water.I left with the hiccups.No tip.Never goin here again

Good place, Nice food. When ever I come here the server with the pretty make up and hair greets us warmly. Good costumer service. The decorations are a bit outdated. Could use a remodel. Still very charming. The old people that come here make the vibe of the place very calming. Never busy but the food takes a while to come out. Nice menu variety. Will come again and again. ?Parking: not to much space.

First time ever trying Cocos ordered online got here here 20 min later and they don’t have my order I have to wait another 15 min to get my order. Well this will be my first and last time that’s for sure. I’ll still do dennys and ihop.
