(Update) i have done some research to my symptoms and it looks like their spinach might have been infected with E coli if i continue like this tomorrow i will have to go to the dr and if they confirm there will be a big lawsuit

Got food poisoning from this place first and last time going here i been spilling my life away (iykyk) after eating their food yesterday yes i know 24-48 hours for it to take place and im 100% certain because their turkey egg croissant sandwich is the only thing im burping up idk if they messed with my food because i ordered a bunch of stuff for my family last night after not seeing them in 8 months or if it was the eggs that were bad or something and they arent properly managing their food safety but forsure it was this place its literally the only thing i ate all day after traveling 8 hours to visit family im probably going to contact the BBB and health department first thing monday

Ordered a mobile order around 10 am , waited in line for about 10 minutes, i ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich , and Thai tea with boba , and an iced coffee. Our Thai tea had no boba (they had none ready) and the bottom of our bagel was burnt. Very upsetting we always come here !

The service was HORRIBLE. There were 4 employees working and had no idea what they were doing. It took 30 mins for ONE matcha latte. The employee’s assembly line was a mess. Do better Coffee Nutzz and train your employees longer.

It was honestly one of the best sandwiches I've ever had it was a spicy chicken torta and it had jalapenos on it, it just made it a teeny bit too spicy for me with the jalapenos however somebody who's spice level is like a little kicked up it would have been perfect. Also had their raspberry square warmed up and it was like heaven especially on a cold day it was like the most perfect thing ever. I just can imagine it with coffee being exquisite. I just got a soda since I had a sandwich and chips but that square maybe like a chocolate latte or a vanilla latte would be decadent 100 starts little quick update cuz I went twice in a row and got the same thing just with a vanilla hot coffee. I asked for the spicy mayonnaise on the side just for them to make it plain and ask for the jalapenos on the side that's literally the only way to do it and just kind of dip it or add the spicy mayonnaise like you want because it's super spicy🔥🔥🔥🔥🤞🏽👌🏽🤗

Me and my boyfriend always order here but lately it been going down hill because they always mess up the food. We walk inside. They greeted us but never take our order. They were taking orders from the drive thru on register that was meant for inside not the drive thru. I don't know why they would do that instead of using a registered that is meant for drive thru. They were taking so long so we left.

Terrible service. Me and my fiancé walked inside to get the inside experience and have lunch here. However we were not serviced because they were too busy taking care of the drive-thru and had us waiting over 10 minutes just waiting for them to attend to us and they were taking orders on the primary register that should be used for customers inside the store rather than using the drive-through window or cashier service register. There was a total of four workers there and none of them decided to hop on another register and help us nonetheless they lost your business and we had to walk out and when we walked out, nothing was said or tried to eradicate the issue. I don’t recommend coming here or if you have people that have large orders through drive-through tell them to come inside or park and wait this is ridiculous and the people who were served before us didn’t have the same issue we did.

Saw this place for the first time today when I was across the freeway online looking for somewhere to eat something. Immediately I knew I had to try the food and coffee. This place has officially become my number 1 go to spot in Rialto. I ordered their croissant, egg, spinach, onion, cheese, turkey, and spicy mayo sandwich, not only did it look amazing but the flavors were spot on. The crispy crunch of the croissant when put into the press and the flavor of the turkey marrying very well with the spicy mayo and onion. I had to stop for a second and really think about how wonderful it tasted. I also ordered their iced mocha drink and the coffee they put into is so bold and beautiful in flavor that the mocha part of the drink pairs so perfectly together. Everyone there was so cheery and pleasant. I will definitely be coming back here to try everything else when I can. Thank Coffee Nutzz!
