Half star, water and sugar is what you get when you order flavor drink! Will not go back and will not recommend!

Went through the drive thru yesterday, and waited over 20 minutes with one person in front of me. The person in front only ordered 2 drinks and a sandwich, so not sure why it took so long. Once I got to the window, had to wait another 5 minutes before I was even addressed. Enjoy the coffee, but not sure it’s worth a 25 minute wait.

They make amazing sandwiches here! Definitely try their paninis 👍 I usually like to order a plain, black coffee as my coffee order and some days it is hot, fresh, and delicious. And sometimes it’s lukewarm or nearly cold. I think it may just depend on whoever makes the coffee cuz whoever makes that really good, piping hot coffee makes it perfect 👌 I also have tried their fraps and ice creams and they’re delicious! the atmosphere inside is nice. I like that it’s not too bright so it’s great to do hw or read a book in. Feels cozy 👍 All in all, it’s a really nice place to go to 😊

They don't have boba until 11am. The taro and thai teas tasted watered down. The ice was bad too. They have an annoying auto playing message at the speaker asking if you want to scan their code for 3 dollars off then the worker just interrupts it anyway. The crossaints were mid. The workers were ok but just wanted to rush you in and out of there with no real customer service. I think someone who previously commented was right this place is a front for something.

So I know it's a coffee shop, but it's mediocre coffee. The highlight at this place is their Gelato. SOOO good.

This location of Coffee Nuttz stands out for its spacious layout compared to other branches. The staff is exceptionally friendly and patient, and they are extremely generous with ice cream samples. They offer a fantastic kids' special from 11am to 7pm for only 99 cents, which adults can also enjoy. The music adds to the great atmosphere.

1st time coming here. I see why my Pastor kept telling us about this place. I ordered the birthday cake ice cream, in a cone. Ooooh man it tasted so GOOD! If you really love birthday cake flavored ice cream, you'll love this one. Because of it's gelato style, it feels like I'm eating batter off the whisk (guilty pleasure ?‍♀️). Highly recommend to anyone! Great customer service. Cute that they have animal videos playing on their TV! ?

Worst drive thru service ever... Went to the one in Renaissance Parkway around 530pm through drive thru... Ordered a frap, ice cream and cheesecake and the drive thru employee taking and giving me my order doesn't get my frap order right nor was it blended enough it still has huge pieces of ice and doesn't even bother to give utensils or straw or napkins and her drive thru partner had the nerve to talk smack thinking I can't read lips

Been before, not sure what was going on today but received Panini not even wholly toasted, and soggy. Usually not one to complain but waited excess of 5+ minutes in an empty drive thru. Onions were sliced but not even an attempt to properly prepare them.
