Worst drive thru service ever... Went to the one in Renaissance Parkway around 530pm through drive thru... Ordered a frap, ice cream and cheesecake and the drive thru employee taking and giving me my order doesn't get my frap order right nor was it blended enough it still has huge pieces of ice and doesn't even bother to give utensils or straw or napkins and her drive thru partner had the nerve to talk smack thinking I can't read lips

Been before, not sure what was going on today but received Panini not even wholly toasted, and soggy. Usually not one to complain but waited excess of 5+ minutes in an empty drive thru. Onions were sliced but not even an attempt to properly prepare them.

My kids like to come here for happy hour. You get it for 2 bucks which is a really good price. I did find that the last time i went the ice cream scoop was smaller in portion. Other times it's been great but last time one of the worker's made it up for me and scooped in a bigger portion and added some oreo sprinkles to it. Wish i got his name.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good verity of food and drinks. Coffee was really good. They were able to modify my order to my liking. Did i mention very friendly staff. Coffee shop was clean with plenty of seating and also have a drive thru.

Unfortunately I had such a terrible experience with this location. I waited 45 minutes to place an order in the drive thru , took them 15 minute to receive my order and I received a burnt sandwich and a terrible drink. I will never return to this location.

I like going here. But lately the drive thru service has been so ugly. It's been twice on different occasions that I've gone and not nice at all... I can clearly see my drinks right there and the girls are like okay I'll have your drinks in a minute.

Coconut and mango smoothies are so yummy! I got boba in mine which was a bit mushy so would not recommend the boba. Ice cream tastes fresh and delicious as well. I got a scoop of pistachio, horchata and birthday cake. Service can be a bit spotty when they are typically busy. I recommend signing up for their rewards as you get $2 off your first order.

The service is good but they put too much milk in their Thai tea. You can barely taste the tea anymore. The boba they put in were all clumped together and was not appetizing. They need to improve the quality of their drinks.
First time visiting this place; I was pleasantly surprised by the nice atmosphere and great Boba drinks!

Stopped by here after I put gas across the street. This is all really low quality stuff. A smoothie we got tasted literally like just crushed ice with food coloring. Coffee was gas station quality but they charge premium.The workers said they don’t use fruit or even frozen fruit for smoothies, just juice and food colorings. They have no nutrition information in store or on the website so I believe her.I really think this place has to be a front for something. The drinks are too bad for this place to be still running. The drive thru was completely empty too.

I love the Mexi mocha and have come a handful of times to get one, hot and cold. Both are great. The only downfall is the drive thru is always an extremely long wait whether or not there's a car in front of you. Depends on how bad you want to try something different; the coffee is great but don't be in any type of hurry.

This is our favorite stop when we drive from Los Angeles to Palm Desert, 3-4 times a year. The young people who work there are so wonderful, so nice and really want to make sure you enjoy your visit. They clearly are well trained professionals who enjoy their jobs. And we enjoy being there. We have iced coffee and and egg and cheese croissant and bagel with bacon. Really delicious, it’s perfect. Coming from zoos Angeles, we get off the 210 Frwy at the 70 offramp. We wish they had a store in the San Fernando Valley!
