Waited 15 min with no line. Then they didnt even honor the stupid 3 dollar off that I signed up for on the board there . Terrible first impression wouldn't bother coming back. Coffee isn't even that great 👎

I think I gave wrong shore the best review this location the people and place is very clean very friendly the spicy chicken torta sandwiches honestly one of the best sandwiches I've ever had but you have to get the spicy mayonnaise and the jalapenos on the side because if they add too much it's really spicy and if you want to save half it's way better if they do it without mayonnaise so it can last more time without being soggy. I got potato chips and a soda last time this time I got the raspberry square warmed up and a vanilla hot coffee that was honestly some of the best hot coffee I've ever had also. And I signed up for the app and got three dollars off I thought it was really cool I see different drink specials during the week and thought that was really cool. For sure repeat customer👌🏽🔥🔥🔥🤗

I’ve been coming to coffee nutzz since it first opened I believe in the earlier years of 2010… I just wanted to give an **extra** thank you to the sweet girl working the drive-thru window for doing her job. She asked if I had a rewards account, and let me know about my accumulated rewards. On top of that, she offered me a free drink extra large boba drink that the staff had made extra of. That really made my day. I am always extra appreciative of individuals who go the extra mile of providing excellent customer service. I would come back just to be serviced by her again. Thank you girly 💕

I have a few things to say about coffee nuts all being amazing. The staff is awesome. The flavor is even awesome. The ice cream down to the tea down to the sandwiches OMG this place knows what they’re doing. Great location amazing vibes. You gotta come here and try some other awesome drinks get some of their ice cream. Have a chat with the staff. Everyone’s so good. Great customer service. I will write them 10 stars if I could.

I asked for no ice on my drink and I got mostly ice and no flavor so disappointed that I told three times on the window
How is possible that Boba place has no Boba I’m just disappointed not sure I wanna come back to this location. I feel like I got ripped off for eight dollars for a cup of ice.
2nd attempt on 7/1/25 at 4:30pm and
had the same bad experience, way to much ice, no boba available in the site, I like to give people credit but this place has not my vote no more,

The people here are so pleasant to me. I like their food and drinks. It's smaller than the average Starbucks store but it's both cozy and spacious enough. I've never heard them play rap or hip-hop here. I intend to visit more often. They are closer to me than Starbucks and are on a bus route. They have soft seating here and electrical outlets. Thank you, Emily, for telling me how you felt about Jehovah's Witnesses that spend money on Starbucks products all those many years ago. I'm slow to respect your conscience. I hope you can one day forgive me.
